Your audit receipt, explained.

What is an audit receipt?

When your plastic arrives at Unit 18 and is accepted, we generate a receipt tied to that specific delivery. It is your record that the tonne was received, weighed, verified, and processed on a specific date.

You do not need to request it. It is created automatically at the point of processing and referenced in your deed.

How your receipt is generated

   Material arrives at Unit 18 Your plastic is received and logged on arrival. Date, time, and supplier name recorded.

   Material is weighed and confirmed Polymer type and weight are confirmed on-site. Mixed material is not accepted.

   Batch ID assigned A unique batch reference is created for your delivery. This is your tracking reference.

   SHA-256 hash generated A cryptographic fingerprint is minted from your batch data. It cannot be altered. It is permanent.

   Receipt issued · payment released Your £200 same-day payment is released. Your receipt and deed are created simultaneously.
