MD-15 is the metrics baseline — the document that fixed the measurement framework before the system reached scale. Fixing metrics before scale is the difference between a system that knows if it's working and a system that generates impressive-looking numbers without knowing what they mean.

The key metrics established here — tonnes verified per month, dPRNs minted, meals allocated, Waltham Trust grants disbursed, Circularity Score™ distribution — form the KPI dashboard that every Red Team member monitors. These are not vanity metrics. Each one is a direct measurement of whether the sovereign architecture is functioning as designed.

Updated figures for March 2026: The stream count referenced in this document (243) has grown to 605 total streams. The entity count (34) is now 39. The core ratios and relationships between metrics remain unchanged — growth has been proportional, not structural.

The Ecosystem Metrics document is most powerful when used in combination with the Truth Ledger (MD-09) — one defines what to measure, the other provides the immutable record of the measurements. Together they create the audit-ready evidence base that turns the circular economy claim from aspiration to proof.
