This earlier version of the Velocity Bridge document captures the first articulation of the protocol cluster concept — before the full architecture reached its final form. Reading it alongside the main MD-16 template shows how the thinking evolved over the build period.

The core Velocity Bridge thesis is unchanged across both versions: regulatory delay creates a sovereign opportunity window, and every day of verified operation inside that window builds an advantage that cannot be replicated after the window closes.
