🔒 The Asset Lock — Jobs Infrastructure Protected Forever
As a CIC, every asset of this entity — including the jobs board infrastructure, matching system, training pipeline, and all associated IP — is constitutionally locked. It cannot be sold to a competitor. It cannot be extracted by investors. It cannot be shut down for commercial reasons. If the CIC ever dissolves, assets must transfer to another asset-locked organisation. The jobs infrastructure belongs to the community permanently. That is not a restriction. That is a constitution.
