📍 The Origin

It started with a broken broom.

A snapped HDPE broom handle in a yard. The realisation that this stuff doesn't go away — it just stops being useful. Eighteen months of building before the first tonne moved. Sheds filling with sorted plastic. Partnerships with rusted allies. System architecture drawn on napkins, whiteboards, and 140+ parallel chat threads. The bag was already being filled.
🌍 The Opportunity

50,000 tonnes of HDPE, baled in the West Midlands.
Most ships to China. That's the gap.

Sat in baling stations within a 90-minute radius right now. Already sorted. Already cleaned. Already paid for. Just heading the wrong way.

💷 The Economics · The Triple-Stack

One tonne of HDPE pays three times

Each tonne earns you a sovereign credit, becomes a stack of finished goods, AND feeds 40 children. Three revenue streams from one input.

⚠ The Compliance · Honest, Not Hidden

We tell you what we can't sell — that's the trust.

Food-contact items (tupperware · kids cutlery · chopping board · food tray) require either (a) closed-loop food-grade recycled HDPE/PET from an EFSA-approved scheme, or (b) a virgin food-grade outer layer over a recycled core. Until that certification is in hand, every food-contact item ships as "dry storage / non-food display". We will not ship recycled-content food-contact without the paperwork — UK Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (England) Regulations 2012 + EU 10/2011 forbid it, and HMRC + Trading Standards will catch it. The eight non-food products carry no such restriction and ship today.
🪖 The Jobs Cascade · Every Product Pays a Chain

Every chair is a payroll.

A garden bench doesn't just sell — it pays a verifier, an extruder operator, a finisher (the Big Man), a QC, a packer, and a driver. This is the Digital Army payroll engine in action.
