MD-25 is the financial bible of the CircularOS — the document that shows exactly how money flows through 34 (now 39) entities, what each entity earns, what it pays upstream, and what the consolidated financial position looks like at full operational scale.
The entity expansion from 34 to 39 since this document was written does not invalidate the architecture — it compounds it. Each of the five additional entities was added to handle capacity overflow from the original 34. They represent organic structural growth, not restructuring. The revenue flow logic in this document applies to all 39.
The £450 dPRN sovereign rate, the 7% Covenant, the £25 Waltham Trust allocation, and the £40 per tonne meal covenant — all of these financial constants shown here remain unchanged. These are not market prices; they are sovereign declarations. They do not require updating.
