🔍 Architect's Commentary — MD-29
MD-29 is the foundational constitution — the document that existed before the 28 numbered MDs but is now formally placed as #29 because the system has matured enough to hold it. It predates everything yet validates everything.
The 7-Layer Mitigation Architecture (<0.1% failure probability) is the most important section for investor conversations. Seven simultaneous failures are required to collapse the system — statistically impossible in real-world conditions.
