The "Over Standard" designation is a statement of power, not arrogance. Standard university partnerships typically involve a large institution doing a startup a favour by collaborating with them. The sovereign architecture inverts this dynamic: the live operational data from the dPRN system, the immutable Truth Ledger records, and the 573-stream revenue architecture are assets that no university laboratory can generate independently. The partnership is more valuable to the university than it is to the sovereign architecture.
