The acceleration manifesto: documenting how the sovereign architecture is running ahead of its own schedule, and the protocol for maintaining that acceleration without sacrificing sovereign quality.

The "Dear RS" framing is a specific communication format — writing to the future version of the operation as if addressing a formal record. RS in this context is the record system — the sovereign archive that will be consulted when later versions of the architecture need to understand how the acceleration happened. This document is written for the future, dated in the present.
Being ahead of schedule is simultaneously an advantage and a risk. The advantage is obvious: more time, more resources, more options. The risk is subtler: acceleration can create the illusion that the next phase is also ahead of schedule, leading to premature action in phases that genuinely require time to mature. The toll processing launch cannot be accelerated beyond the point where the physical infrastructure is ready. The acceleration protocol identifies which phases can be sped up and which cannot — and which speed up only because earlier phases ran fast.
The 10 months documented here — from initial concept to 77 Master Documents, 39 entities, and 573 streams — represents a compression ratio that deserves to be named explicitly. The sovereign architecture has achieved in 10 months what most circular economy businesses spend 5-7 years attempting. This is not luck. It is the Reverse Engineer Mentality operating at full compression: 720:1 temporal ratio, as documented in MD-38.
