The cascade document is the most motivating in the entire library because it shows — in concrete, sequential form — how the first physical action unlocks everything else. Every element described across 77 Master Documents, 39 entities, and 573 revenue streams converges into a single cascade sequence that begins with a lorry driver tapping an NFC tag at a collection point. The architecture is extraordinarily complex. The start is beautifully simple.
