I'm in the kitchen. She's in the other room.
I can hear her playing the game. Not the way Isaac plays — her way. Pressing the buttons that talk. Doing the ones she likes. Copying. Shouting. Learning.
She wouldn't do it for anyone else. But she does it for me.
This is not a system. This is a sound from the other room.
II. What She Does — Not Reading, Recognising
She doesn't read the words. She reads the pattern.
Colours. Positions. Sounds. Sequence.
She knows which buttons to press because she knows them — not by name, by feel. By repetition. By trust.
