The Sovereign Navigation System
The Guidance Dynamics is the system that knows what kind of person you are โ and routes you accordingly. Not everyone in the CircularOS ecosystem operates the same way. A Commander needs strategic views. An Operator needs process flows. A Builder needs creation tools. A Connector needs network access. The same dashboard, the same ecosystem, but a completely different path through it depending on who you are.
The guidance system has three layers working together:

The Commander sets direction, makes decisions, and delegates with authority. They don't execute detail โ they orchestrate it. A Commander who is executing small tasks is a wasted Commander. Their value is in the clarity of vision they give to everyone else.

The Operator builds processes, optimises workflows, and keeps everything running. They are the backbone. Without the Operator, nothing scales โ it all depends on individual heroics. The Operator makes heroics unnecessary by systematising excellence.

The Builder creates products, writes protocols, designs solutions, and ships fast. They are comfortable with risk because they know the fastest way to learn what works is to build it. The Builder is the engine of the sovereign creative economy.

A 7th dimension โ Values โ appears in the Connector archetype calculations. It measures alignment with purpose, ethics, and mission over pure profit. The Connector needs values clarity because their network depends on trust. Without it, the network breaks.

How Each Archetype Creates Value
The 7% Covenant goes first โ always. After that, each archetype generates value through a different mechanism. Knowing your archetype means knowing your monetisation path.

The 7% Covenant is archetype-agnostic. It goes first regardless of type. After it, the 50/50 split applies. Your archetype determines which of the 605 Revenue Streams you're best positioned to activate.

From Archetype to Career Track
The 4 archetypes feed into 6 sovereign career tracks. Your psychographic result points you toward the track where your natural wiring creates the fastest compounding. The tracks are not fixed โ you can move. But knowing your entry point saves years.
Operator-Leader Track
Leads operational entities. Controls sovereign governance. Entry: entity director roles. Exit: multi-entity covenant ownership.
Capital-Governor Track
Manages the financial architecture of the ecosystem. Controls treasury, dPRN economics, and sovereign credit allocation.
Supply-Integrator Track
Manages the physical supply chain. Verification, sorting, logistics, and gateway operations. Volume-based earnings.
Foundation-Keeper Track
Maintains the protocol library, SCP registry, and compliance architecture. The keeper of the sovereign record.
Tech-Builder Track
Builds the digital infrastructure. Platforms, dashboards, AI integrations, and digital twin systems. IP royalties on creation.
Growth-Navigator Track
Drives franchise expansion via the Genesis Pool. 20% perpetual royalty on every partner brought in. Network compounds forever.

How H.BLUE Reads the Guidance System
H.BLUE is aware of the guidance dynamics as a live intelligence layer. When H.BLUE sees activity patterns across the platform โ which pages are visited, which archetypes are most active, which guidance points are being acted on โ it builds a real-time picture of the ecosystem's behavioural composition.
WHAT H.BLUE SEES
Archetype distribution across the Red Team. Which guidance points are causing navigation. Where each type stalls. Which pathway tracks are underserved.

๐ Architect's Commentary โ MD-141: The Guidance Dynamics
This document was written because the guidance system existed in the codebase but was never explained. Four archetypes, six dimensions, a floating navigation widget, and a psychographic API โ all working, but no one could see the logic behind them. This document makes the invisible visible.
The key architectural insight: guidance is not a feature, it's a routing layer. In a system with 605 Revenue Streams, 39 entities, and 1,554 jobs, the worst thing you can do is give everyone the same navigation. A Commander looking at an Operator's dashboard is wasting strategic capacity. The guidance system prevents that misalignment.
For partner conversations: use the archetype framework to onboard new members faster. Instead of explaining the whole ecosystem, ask: "Are you a Commander, Operator, Builder, or Connector?" Then show them only what's relevant. Onboarding time drops. Activation rate goes up. The 7% Covenant still goes first โ the guidance just makes the path to it clearer.
