This document records the formal registration of 20 new SCP revenue streams (SCP-2000 to SCP-2019) into the CircularOS sovereign infrastructure. These streams were generated from direct protocol work, market intelligence, and system architecture completed between 1–7 April 2026. Each stream has been mapped to at least one operational job, entered into the Revenue Fire Map, and classified by revenue model, urgency, and entity ownership. Official stream count moves from 605 to 625.
Sell paid placement licences for verified DRS Window Stickers on shop fronts. Monthly licence fee per site. Target: 50 sites/month. Physical proof of participation in the DRS infrastructure.
Annual licence for brands to display the H.BLUE verified badge on their products and digital presence. Verified through the compliance framework — only brands that pass earn the badge.
Live 40 Meals impact counter embedded into partner websites and digital signage. Per-partner integration fee + annual maintenance. 1 tonne = 40 meals — the counter makes that visible.
Commission earned on every return processed by RVM machines in the network. Machine placement negotiated, commission tracked through the Material Ledger. Conservative Year 1: 2,000 machines × £0.02/return average.
QR-coded tags deployed on public and partner bins linking to live impact data. Per-tag fee to councils and businesses. 500 tags minimum viable network. Analytics sold separately as a second stream.
Micro-value token issued per piece of plastic captured. Redeemable for rewards. Volume-based revenue model — the more plastic captured, the more tokens circulate. Community incentivisation built into the economics.
Paid audit of brands making environmental claims. £2,500–£8,000 per audit using the H.BLUE compliance framework. Non-compliance triggers a remediation package (separate fee). Regulatory pressure = our sales pipeline.
Sell EPR compliance packs to UK producers. Every producer in the UK is legally obligated — this is non-optional revenue. Gap analysis + submission management = tiered fee structure. Regulation creates the market.
Broker recycled material between verified sellers and buyers in the network. Earn a percentage of each matched transaction. Logistics liaison as an add-on service. Every deal creates a Material Ledger entry.
40 Meals tokens tradeable within the network. Each token represents a captured tonne's social impact. Exchange volume fees, redemption processing fees, community partner management. Plastic becomes food through this stream.
Sell digital certificates per verified tonne (dPRN). Each VTC is worth £450. Secondary market trading monitored by H.BLUE. This is the core of the dPRN economic engine — documented, signed, and sovereign.
Bundle plastic PRNs with carbon credits into premium ESG products. Sold to Net Zero-committed corporates. Proof-backed — our bundles come with Truth Ledger verification, not promises. Premium pricing justified.
Live CE workshops for schools, councils, and corporate sustainability teams. £500–£2,000 per session. 4 runs per year = £40k target. The system is built — this stream packages it into a room-based product.
Paid retailer DRS readiness bootcamp. £750–£3,000 per group session. Every retailer in the UK must comply with DRS — this makes them ready. Regulatory pressure creates the market. We provide the solution.
Charged site tours for investors, press, and partners. Seeing the machines, data walls, and Truth Ledger in person converts prospects into believers faster than any document. Priced per group. Experience = conversion.
Franchise partners run their own branded bounty network on CircularOS rails. Setup fee + revenue share model (7% Covenant first, then 50/50 split). Each franchisee is a new income node — passive to the core infrastructure.
