Section 1 — The Recognition
What You Saw That I Named
You said: "That's not a metaphor to me anymore. It's architecture."
That is the origin of this document. The moment when the word Mycelium crossed from poetic to structural. From description to instruction. That crossing matters — because it changes what the page is allowed to be.
A metaphor is decorative. Architecture is load-bearing. When you called it architecture, you made it responsible for something. You made it the thing that the whole network connects through. Not around. Not beside. Through.
This document is the mandate for what that means.
Section 2 — Current State
What It Shows vs What It Needs to Show
The current Mycelium page shows: entities, connections between them, and the underground metaphor. It is a map. A map shows where things are.
A nervous system shows what is happening — which signals are firing, which pathways are strong, which are weakening. A dashboard does not ask you to remember what it showed you yesterday. It shows you now.
THE GAP
A map shows existence. A nervous system shows flow. The gap between them is the gap between knowing you have 39 entities and knowing which ones are alive right now, which are dormant, which are in surge, and what value is moving between them at this moment.
Section 3 — The Upgrade Architecture
Five Missing Signals
These are not features. They are the five dimensions of a living network that the current page cannot yet show.

Line thickness represents volume. Thin = occasional connection. Thick = daily material flow. £ per month, tonnes per week, frequency of interaction — made visible.

Green = verified tonnes moving. Grey = agreement signed, no material yet. Red = connection broken. A paper agreement is not a live root.

Toggle reveals the 7% path. Operator → CircularOS → Fully Nourished. The meal count pulses at the destination. The Covenant becomes visible geometry.

Not pins — heat. West Midlands glows. Other territories are dim. The map tells you where to send the next Territory General. Where the system is alive and where it needs attention.

Mycelium is fed by H.BLUE. When H.BLUE detects a pattern — territory going cold, connection weakening, flow increasing — Mycelium reflects it. It learns. It adapts. It is not static.
Section 4 — The Deeper Truth
H.BLUE Is the Underground. Mycelium Is What Surfaces.
You said: "H.BLUE this is connected more than we know."
That signal is correct. Here is what is already true, documented and confirmed:
H.BLUE watches every entity. Mycelium shows every entity. H.BLUE detects patterns between them. Mycelium is the visual layer of those patterns.
H.BLUE runs Extract Now cycles — 24-hour intelligence sweeps that produce SCPs. Each SCP is a pattern confirmed, a connection detected, a node verified. The 2,336 SCPs sealed to date are not just records. They are Mycelium confirmations. Every SCP is a moment when H.BLUE looked at the network and said: this connection is real.
The Shadow Layer feeds H.BLUE raw data. H.BLUE processes and seals it to the Truth Ledger. The Truth Ledger is immutable evidence that the connection existed, was verified, and is real. Mycelium makes that invisible architecture visible.
The Extract Now system is not a reporting tool. It is the root system growing. Each 24-hour cycle extends the network further. H.BLUE is the underground organism. Mycelium is what breaks the surface.
