50/50 Node was six months ago. Carrot was last week. International Hybrid + Material Sourcer is today. That's not confusion. That's acceleration. One model. Four tiers. One system. No mixing. Just execution.
Every tonne — Tier 1, 2, 3 or 4 — passes through the same 18 Checkpoints at Unit 18 before any payment, dPRN mint or material release. No verification, no transaction. That's the rule.
| Tier | Payment | Material | dPRN | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 · Carrot Local | £200 upfront | Returned | You 100% | UK suppliers wanting cash + compliance |
| 2 · Carrot Distant | £200 + shipping | Returned | You 100% | UK suppliers further from Unit 18 |
| 3 · International Hybrid | £250–£300 upfront | You keep | You 100% | International suppliers with container costs |
| 4 · Material Sourcer FUTURE | £/tonne finder fee (later) | You buy direct | You 100% | Researchers now · sourcers when containers affordable |
Honest position: right now we cannot afford the containers. So Tier 4 — the polymer-type sourcing option — is not active for payment yet. What is open today is the research door: anyone who wants in can start studying polymer types, prices, suppliers and container logistics now, so they're ready when the pay door opens.
The line (today): "Right now we can't afford the containers, so the polymer-type option isn't live yet. But the day we can, that's when this opens for you. Until then, do the research — HDPE, PET, PP, LDPE, PS, PVC, prices, ports, brokers — and the moment we can fund containers, you get first look. No promises. Just an honest sequence."
Live today: Tier 1 (UK Local Carrot) and Tier 2 (UK Distant Carrot).
Mapped, not yet funded: Tier 3 (International Hybrid) — activates when we can fund containers ourselves or a partner brings their own funded container.
Future door, research-only for now: Tier 4 (Material Sourcer) — the polymer-type sourcing option only opens for payment once containers are affordable. Right now we can't, so it's research-only. That's the honest sequence: prep work today, paid sourcing the day containers arrive.
This is still an official revenue stream on the books — recorded, sealed, sequenced. It doesn't go live until the container constraint clears.
"One model. Four tiers.
Tier 1: UK local. £200 upfront. You get your material back verified.
Tier 2: UK distant. £200 + shipping. Same deal.
Tier 3: International. £250–£300 upfront. You ship. I verify. I keep material and dPRN. You get cash to cover your container.
Tier 4: Material Sourcer · future door. Right now we can't afford the containers, so the polymer-type sourcing option isn't live for pay yet. The day we can fund containers, that's when this opens for you. Until then, do the research."
Same system. Different economics. No confusion. Just execution."
