1. The Four Rates · LOCKED · v3.0

These are the only rates. Anyone working a bounty earns these amounts — no negotiation, no variation. Set, sealed, published. REPLY and CALL use a tiered progression: T1 Rookie → T2 Proven → T3 Elite.

T1 Rookie £35 (0–10 completions) · T2 Proven £50 (10–25) · T3 Elite £70 (25+). Real reply from decision-maker on registered company domain. Generic "thanks" does not count.

CALL

£80 → £100 → £125 each

2. Two-Check Verification · The Keystone

Every bounty must clear both checks before payment is released. The two checks run in parallel — one verifies the activity, the other verifies the outcome.

✅ Check 1 — Work Happened

Did the activity itself meet the published quality bar?

Leads: spot-check 10% of the list. Real companies? Real contacts? Fakes anywhere = whole batch rejected.
Emails: send logs reviewed, personalisation samples confirmed, tracking validated.
Replies: full email thread forwarded (not screenshot) · reply ≥ 30 words substantive content · reply domain matches a registered company on Companies House.
Calls: calendar invite sent and confirmed · prospect actually showed up · qualification checklist submitted.

✅ Check 2 — Result Happened

Did the activity produce a downstream outcome that matters?

Reply turned into a conversation about plastic, verification or the Carrot
Reply identified a potential supplier in the pipeline
Call resulted in material being collected, or a Carrot collection being scheduled
Activity fed into a same-day £200 Carrot or any verified tonnage

The Rule. No verification = no pay. Check 1 only = base bounty paid. Both checks clear = base bounty + result bonus paid. The verifier role applies the checklist independently — published criteria, no discretion below the bar.

3. The Referral Layer · 7 / 5 / 3

Workers can recruit other workers. When they do, they earn a percentage of what their recruits earn — across three levels. The percentage is paid by the sovereign, not deducted from the worker. The T1 £35 reply stays £35. The T1 £80 call stays £80. No one takes from anyone.

Worked example. A T1 Rookie Level 1 recruit earns £280 in REPLY bounties (8 × £35). The recruiter earns 7% = £19.60, paid by sovereign. The recruit still receives the full £280. No leakage from the worker line. At T3 Elite the same 8 replies earn £560 — recruiter earns £39.20.

Why three levels and not more. Three levels keeps the structure flat enough to track manually, deep enough to reward genuine network builders, and shallow enough to never be confused with a multi-level marketing scheme. This is a recruiting incentive on a sales contract — not a pyramid.

4. The Operating Flow

Job assigned on the Digital Army Jobs Board (`/digital-army-jobs`). Each bounty becomes a row. Status moves Open → Assigned → In Progress → Verified → Paid → Closed.
Worker submits the deliverable (lead list, send logs, forwarded reply thread, calendar confirmation).
Verifier role runs the two-check checklist. Independent of the worker. No discretion below the published bar.
Check 1 clears → base bounty queued for payment.
Check 2 clears → result bonus added to the same payment line.
Payment released — leads/emails as lump sum on verification, replies/calls weekly batch.
Referral percentages calculated automatically against the recruiter chain and paid in the same cycle from sovereign treasury.

5. The Five Simple Rules (sent with every contract)

Don't fake leads. We check.
Don't fake emails. We check.
Generic replies don't count. Real conversations only.
Calls must happen. No-show = no pay.
You verify first. Then we pay. Always.

6. Status & Supersession

Supersedes: EGZ4 Bounty Protocol v2.0 (flat rates £80 / £70 / £25 / £40 — deprecated). v2.0 superseded v1.0 (rates £250 / £250 / £0.60 / £0.90 — deprecated 18 April 2026). v3.0 introduces tiered REPLY and CALL and restores premium FIND/SEND rates.

7. Verification Team · Appointment Clause

"Verification Team roles are appointed by the sovereign. Appointment is flexible — family, trusted individuals, or hired verification staff. No names are recorded in the doctrine. The verification email account is shared with appointed verifiers at sovereign discretion."

This clause keeps the doctrine permanently flexible. The role is sealed; the person is not. Verifiers may be added, rotated or replaced at any time without amending this MD. Identities are kept off-doctrine by design — for safety, for privacy, and to keep operational control fully with the sovereign.
