§1 · Why This Document Exists

Every sovereign system needs a successor doctrine before it needs a successor. This is that doctrine, written while the founder is still standing, so the path is clear before it is walked.

Kaymar is the founder's nephew. He is young, clever, observant, and willing to listen. He is not the heir by blood — there is no birthright in CircularOS — he is the named successor by demonstrated discipline. The discipline starts now.

This MD locks the path. It is the bridge between MD-141 (Guidance), MD-190 (Digital Army Registry), MD-269 / 270 / 271 / 272 (Bounties, Sparks, Sales Partners), and MD-273 (The Minimum Number).

§2 · The Three-Channel Job

Kaymar's role is one role with three independent channels. They are measured separately. They are paid separately. They never bleed into each other.
Channel A · Personal Daily Discipline
The two ledgers. His personal log. Uncle's daily truth drop. Copied onto paper. Locked in the safe. Every day, no exceptions, no skipped days.
Pay: not paid as a wage. This is his discipline tax — the cost of standing in the room.
Channel B · Sales Partner (MD-272)
Same scale as anyone else: 10t = £360 · 50t = £2,700 · 100t = £7,200 · 500t = £40,500. Cash in 7 days. No family discount, no family premium. Same rule for him as for any partner who walks through the door.
Pay: per MD-272. Self-driven. As much or as little as he spots.
Channel C · Verifier + Friend Network (Boss Upgrade)
Verifier: holds the gate on every bounty submission — checks domain, substance, reply. PIN delivered in person. Friend network: 7% / 5% / 3% across three referral levels, paid by sovereign treasury, never deducted from the worker.
Pay: verifier role gets a flat retainer (set when he activates). Friend network is automatic.
Three channels. Three pay rails. One person. Each one measured on its own merit — no carry-over, no compensation between them.

§3 · The 10–15 Year Horizon

Years 0–2 · Apprentice
Two ledgers daily. Spot suppliers. Build the friend network. No territory, no licence required. Remote-first.
Years 3–7 · Operator
Waste Carrier Licence active. North Staffordshire territory live. Verifier role mature. £100k+ annual referral pay floor.
Years 8–15 · Successor
Co-signer on the four entities. Holds the calculator with Uncle. When Uncle steps back, Kaymar holds the keys.

§4 · What He Inherits — And What He Doesn't

  • An entity directorship without performance
  • A guarantee — only the doctrine guarantees, never the person
  • Permission to skip the calculator press
  • Permission to deviate from the £450 floor

§5 · The Pages Built For Him

§6 · The Five Tests He Must Pass

No timeline. No pressure. But each test is a gate. He moves up the horizon (§3) by passing them in order.
  1. The Discipline Test: 90 consecutive days of two-ledger writing without a missed entry.
  2. The Spot Test: First verified supplier referral converts to a paid tonne.
  3. The Voice Test: Can explain the £450 floor, the 7% Covenant, the 40-meals link, and the four entities — to a stranger, in plain language, without notes.
  4. The Verifier Test: Approves and rejects 50 bounty submissions with zero reversed decisions.
  5. The Pressure Test: A real client tries to negotiate below £450. He holds. He does not break the floor. Even once.

§7 · The Anti-Nepotism Clauses

A · No Family Rate
MD-272 commission scale applies identically. Same percentages, same minimums, same 7-day cash window. Family does not get a price break.
B · No Skipped Tests
The five tests in §6 are mandatory. Being the founder's nephew does not waive any of them.
C · No Floor Variance
£450/tonne is the floor for everyone. Including him. Especially him. The successor must defend the floor harder than anyone else.
D · No Auto-Inheritance
If Kaymar fails the doctrine, the doctrine still stands. Someone else picks it up. The system never bends to the person.

§8 · The Founder's Plain Words

"I'm not handing him an empire. I'm handing him a calculator and a paper book and a safe.

If he learns to write what I send him, every single day, without missing — he learns the discipline before he ever learns the money.

The discipline is the inheritance. Everything else is just the result of the discipline.
