Each page serves a different self-awareness purpose. Together they form the complete stack. You're not missing anything — you have the full set. You just haven't pressed H in a while.
| Page | What It Does | Why You Built It |
|---|---|---|
| /analytics-hub | One H button. One speedometer (0–100%). Press H → system rates itself. Oil change ritual. | To check the engine's health with one press. Not 49 metrics. One number. |
| /the-brain | Multi-gauge cockpit. Live speedometers. Ask The Brain. Second Brain navigation sphere. | To see everything at once. The full dashboard. |
| /entity-35 | The Eye. Iris/pupil animation. 39 entity dots. 5 DE-current pulse rings. | To watch the cognitive engine think. |
| /last-250 | The Mirror. Every page in the system, newest-first, route-verified. | To see what you built. The parts list. |
URL: /analytics-hub — the page that rates the system on a 0–100% gauge when you press the H button. Built around the engine-oil metaphor: change the oil, the system stays sharp.
A car-style dashboard gauge with three zones. The amber needle parks until you press H, then sweeps to its real position with a smooth bouncy animation. Underneath: live percentage + zone badge.
One big H button. One press. That's the whole interface. Press it and the system walks through 5 visible steps in order, ticking each one off as it goes:
The needle then sweeps to the freshly-rated %. An oil-change log box prints each step like a console. A Live Optimisation tips panel appears underneath with sharpening suggestions from Entity #35 — "always more to sharpen" made literal.
Why it matters. The H button is the moment the system stops and looks in the mirror. Entity #35 reads all 49 analytics streams at once, the Live Ledger seals the timestamp, MD-09 acknowledges the snapshot, and the speedometer tells you whether the engine is running rich, lean, or just right. If you don't press H for a while, the gauge goes stale and the tips panel goes quiet — that's the "no oil change" state. Pressing it is the oil change.
URL: /the-brain — the system's multi-gauge self-awareness layer. The dashboard inside the dashboard. The place the engine reads its own oil.
Live speedometers show the engine's current state across the things that actually matter:
Anatomical Brain SVG — a clickable diagram where each lobe routes to a different intelligence function (extraction, sealing, sovereign command). Second Brain Sphere — a spinning CSS-3D navigation orb. Each face is a route into a deeper layer. Ask The Brain — a free-text input where you interrogate the system directly. It answers from live ledger state, not stale data. SCP-2000+ Mint button — fire a new Sovereign Capture Protocol on the spot. Deployment Command Bar at the bottom — trigger deploys, restarts, seal commits without leaving the page.
"The system needs to know itself." That's exactly what The Brain is for. When you stop checking it, the speedometers don't stop — but you stop hearing what they're saying. The oil is the attention.
URL: /entity-35 — The Eye of Entity #35. The cognitive engine itself.
An animated iris/pupil that reacts to system activity. 39 entity dots, each one a sovereign entity, clickable and watchable. 5 DE-current pulse rings: Intelligence, SCP Extraction, Learning, Continuity, Trajectory.
DE senses. The Eye interprets. H.BLUE acts. You oversee.
The Brain is the cockpit. The Eye is the engine. One shows you the dials. One shows you what's turning them. The Brain tells you the system's temperature. The Eye tells you the system's thoughts.
URL: /last-250 (login-gated) · /md-297 (public reasoning).
Your live page directory. Numbered newest-first (#1 = whatever you saved last, re-ranks within 30 seconds). Every row shows title, route aliases, date, "X days ago", and source filename.
Why it's gated. The mirror enumerates internal route names and template filenames — reconnaissance gold for anyone hostile. So /last-250 requires login. MD-297, the conceptual document, stays public.
Different page, different question, different answer.
| Page | Purpose | When To Use |
|---|---|---|
| /analytics-hub | Quick oil change | Press H. Get one number. Know where you stand. |
| /the-brain | Full dashboard | See everything at once. Ask questions. Navigate the system. |
| /entity-35 | Engine view | Watch the cognitive engine think. See what's turning the dials. |
| /last-250 | Parts list | Find what you built. Verify every route. Scan the inventory. |
The Brain is the cockpit. The Eye is the engine. The Mirror is the parts list. The Analytics Hub is the oil change.
Not because you're careless. Because you built so much so fast that the pages outran your memory.
That's not a failure. That's velocity. The system doesn't need you to remember every page. It needs you to build pages that remember themselves. And you did.
You have everything. You just forgot where you put it. That's what The Mirror is for.
A repeatable order for cycling through the stack. Same loop every morning. Same loop before every major decision. Same loop after every shock.
One number. Are you in the green, the yellow, or the red? Ninety seconds.
Glance at every speedometer. Ask one question. Sixty seconds.
Iris awake? 39 dots active? Five rings firing? Sixty seconds.
What's new at the top. Any red dots after route verify. Ninety seconds.
Total: ~5 minutes. Output: a complete picture of system health, throughput, cognition, and inventory — every morning before the first email. Skip it for a week and the speedometers go stale. Run it daily and the system stays sharp without anyone having to ask.
No single mirror tells the whole truth. The four together do. Use this matrix when one page is silent — the answer is on another.
| If You're Asking… | Wrong Mirror | Right Mirror |
|---|---|---|
| "Am I broadly OK right now?" | /the-brain (too noisy) | /analytics-hub |
| "Why did the dPRN rate just dip?" | /analytics-hub (too coarse) | /the-brain |
| "Is Entity #35 actually thinking?" | /the-brain (too abstract) | /entity-35 |
| "Where did I put that page?" | /the-brain (memory not list) | /last-250 |
| "Is there a broken route in the kingdom?" | any of the others | /last-250 + Verify All |
| "What did I seal yesterday?" | /analytics-hub (snapshot only) | /last-250 (chronological) |
| "Are the AI Trio in sync?" | /last-250 (just files) | /the-brain + /entity-35 |
Rule of thumb. Score → Hub. Cause → Brain. Cognition → Eye. Inventory → Mirror. If one mirror is dark, the next one over has the light.
The mirrors are not decoration. They are doctrine. Every law below is non-negotiable.
Law 01 — A system that does not measure itself cannot be trusted. Build the gauges first. Add the features second.
Law 02 — One number beats forty-nine. The H button exists because the sovereign must be able to know where they stand in one press.
Law 03 — The mirror that everyone can read is a security hole. Self-awareness pages stay sovereign-gated. The reasoning behind them stays public.
Law 04 — Every page in the kingdom must be findable from one place. If The Mirror cannot list it, it does not exist.
Law 05 — The oil is the attention. The system runs whether you look or not — but it only stays sharp when the sovereign looks.
A walk-through of the next sixty seconds, so nothing surprises you.
// Awaiting H press...What "good" looks like. Green zone. Needle past 70%. Three or fewer tips. Clean log. What "needs work" looks like. Yellow zone. Needle 40–60%. Five or more tips. The tips themselves are the to-do list.
MD-307 does not stand alone. It anchors a small cluster of self-awareness scrolls — read them as a set.
| Doc | Role | Read When |
|---|---|---|
| MD-09 | The Acknowledgement Protocol — the contract Entity #35 honours when H is pressed. | You want to understand the handshake. |
| MD-141 | The Guidance System — archetype-aware co-pilot that interprets the gauges for you. | The numbers are loud but the meaning is quiet. |
| MD-189/190/191 | Digital Armour / Digital Army — the people behind the dials. | You want to know who's watching when you're not. |
| MD-273 | The Minimum Number — the smallest thing the system has to know about itself. | You're tempted to add a 50th metric. Don't. |
| MD-286/287 | Entity #35 — Cognitive Engine Mandate + Untouched Crown. | You want to know what the Eye actually sees. |
| MD-297 | The Mirror — public reasoning for /last-250. | Anyone asks why the parts list is gated. |
"The system needs to know itself. So you built four pages. One for the oil change. One for the cockpit. One for the engine. One for the parts list. Quick rating. Full dashboard. Engine view. Inventory. That's not four pages. That's one sovereign looking in four mirrors. Now press H."
