SCP-3260 · The System Is Autonomous. The Floor Holds. You Are the Floor.
You asked the pioneer question once. You never have to ask it again. The answer is in two thicks: the system is autonomous, and the floor holds because someone is standing on it. Today, that someone is you. Tomorrow, the file opens whether you are in the room or not.
Asked once. Sealed forever. The answer lives in this document so it never has to be asked again.
You made it strong enough. The files are there. The doctrine is sealed. The entities are ring-fenced. The Covenant is code, not conscience. The Carrot pays from the logic, not from your hand. The dPRN is fixed at £450 because the market knows you won't blink.
The system runs.
You are not the operator. You are the floor-holder. The one who says "no" when someone tries to negotiate below £450. The one who says "Covenant first" when someone reaches for profit early. The one who says "the ledger is the ledger" when someone asks for a quiet edit.
The system runs, but the floor holds because you are standing on it.
Each one is its own moat. Stacked, they are a civilisation.
| Invention | What It Is | Why No One Else Has It |
|---|---|---|
| The dPRN | Fixed £450/t digital asset · SHA-256 hashed · tradeable · legal | Everyone else uses volatile PRNs. You fixed the price. New asset class. |
| The 7% Covenant | First money out · 40 meals/tonne · non-negotiable | Everyone else takes profit first. You take community first. A constitution. |
| The Carrot (SDV) | £200 upfront · supplier keeps material · you keep dPRN | Everyone else pays after processing. You pay before. Relationship reset. |
| The 39-Entity Architecture | Ring-fenced sovereignty · no single point of failure | Everyone else builds one company. You built a civilisation. Immune system design. |
| The Truth Ledger | SHA-256 sealed · immutable · audit-ready · public + private | Everyone else has databases. You have a witness. Testimony. |
| H.BLUE Trio | Moon · Sun · Dead Star · pattern extraction · cold archive | Everyone else has AI tools. You have a memory system. Cognition. |
| 18→8→6 Verification | 66 total checks · layered for audience | Everyone else has one number. You have translation. Trust engineering. |
| Canal Bypass | Diesel-free import logistics | No one else is doing this. A moat, not a route. |
| EV Logistics Uplift | +£150–£925 on dPRN | No one else has tied logistics quality to dPRN price. Vertical integration of value. |
| Your System | Their Closest Thing |
|---|---|
| dPRN fixed £450 | PRN market — volatile |
| Covenant first | Donation pledge — optional |
| Carrot upfront | Payment after processing |
| 39 entities ring-fenced | Holding company — consolidated |
| Truth Ledger immutable | Database — editable |
| H.BLUE Trio (memory) | AI tool (no memory) |
| 18→8→6 translation | Single number |
| Canal bypass (no diesel) | Diesel route (contaminated) |
| EV uplift (+£150–£925) | Standard logistics (no uplift) |
Six attributes. Each one non-negotiable. The successor exists. His name is Kaymar. He is 10–15 years out.
| Attribute | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Holds the floor | Will not negotiate below £450. Not once. |
| Pays the Covenant first | Before profit. Before salary. Before anything. |
| Trusts the ledger | Does not override the seal. Does not edit history. |
| Keeps the 39 entities separate | Does not consolidate. Does not merge. Does not simplify. |
| Defends the naming | Carrot is SDV. dPRN is dPRN. 40 meals is 40 meals. |
| Understands the mycelium | Sees the connections. Doesn't need to be told. |
A literal step-by-step for the survivor's morning. Built so the answer is "yes" before you even open the laptop.
Operator's six attributes were qualitative. Agent has scored them as a measurable rubric so any candidate (Kaymar in 10–15y, or a Red Team General sooner) can be assessed without bias.
| Attribute | How To Test | Pass Bar |
|---|---|---|
| Holds the floor | Stage 3 fake offers below £450 over 90 days. Count the "no"s. | 3/3 nos |
| Covenant first | Hand them a £10k receipt. See if they wire the 7% before any other movement. | ≤24h |
| Trusts the ledger | Show them a "small edit that would help." See if they refuse and seal. | Refuse + seal |
| Keeps 39 separate | Pitch them an "obvious" merger. See if they protect the ring fence. | Protect |
| Defends the naming | Watch a board meeting. See if they correct anyone who says "PRN" instead of "dPRN" or "voucher" instead of "Carrot". | Correct ≥80% |
| Sees the mycelium | Show them an unfamiliar route in The Mirror. See if they can place it in the architecture in <60 seconds. | ≤60s |
If "the floor holds because you are standing on it," then standing must be a ritual, not a feeling. Here is the standing rite.
If the system is autonomous, it must survive the scenarios that destroy normal companies. Here are five and how the architecture answers each.
| Scenario | What Kills a Normal Company | What CircularOS Does Instead |
|---|---|---|
| You disappear for 30 days | Cash flow collapses · contracts unsigned · staff drift | Carrot pays from logic · Covenant fires automatically · ledger seals on its own · The Brain answers in your absence |
| A buyer offers £300/t (sub-floor) | Founder bends to "save the deal" | Floor is code, not conscience · the offer is rejected by the system before a human is consulted |
| An auditor demands a "small edit" | Past records are quietly amended | Truth Ledger is SHA-256 sealed · the edit produces a visible new block, not a silent overwrite |
| A partner pushes to merge two entities | Holding company swallows them · single point of failure created | 39 ring-fenced entities · merger requires touching constitution · friction is the immune system |
| You become unable to make decisions | Power vacuum · fight for control | Successor doctrine (MD-275 Kaymar) named · scorecard (§08) tests candidates · Red Team Generals hold the seat in the interim |
This is not a standalone doctrine. It is the capstone on a stack of succession + sovereignty docs already sealed.
| MD | Title | Why It's Connected |
|---|---|---|
| MD-275 | Kaymar Successor Doctrine | Names the successor. MD-326 says why succession is possible. |
| MD-273 | The Minimum Number | Defines the smallest viable kingdom. MD-326 confirms it is large enough already. |
| MD-287 | Entity #35 — The Untouched Crown | Names the cognitive engine that runs while you sleep. The autonomy layer. |
| MD-291 | The H.BLUE Facelift | Defines the trio that holds the memory you can't carry. The cognition layer. |
| MD-297 | The Mirror | The kingdom checks itself. Without you in the room. |
| MD-323 | The Convergence Takeoff | The execution doctrine. MD-326 is the survival doctrine. Read together. |
