🎯 Why this page exists · the operator's reminder

I'm flexible. The processor chooses. Both doors stay open.

I sometimes give them the digital side (the Node — they hold 50% of the dPRN). I sometimes give them the deed and the £200 side (the Carrot — same-day cash, no dPRN). Which one I open depends on what they need that day. Plus the choice can also run independent of my flexibility — they can self-select straight off this page when I'm not in the room.

§ 1 · The Choice

Processors do NOT get same-day payment by default

Processors do NOT get same-day payment by default. They get the 50/50 Node (wait for dPRN sale, get half the asset).

But you CAN offer them the Carrot door as an option if they want same-day cash instead of the digital asset. — Sovereign source · verbatim · the rule of the choice

Default is Option A. Optional override is Option B. The operator decides whether to surface Option B based on what the processor needs — but the processor always picks which door they walk through. This page is the reference card the operator never wants to forget, and the surface a processor can self-serve from when the operator isn't on the call.

Payment timingWait (days/weeks)
What they get50% of dPRN value
To them£209.25 / tonne
dPRN access✅ Yes · half the asset
Material back✅ Yes · verified
DeedOptional · attached if requested
My margin£209.25 / tonne
Best for: processors who want long-term upside and asset ownership. They can trade, sell, or hold the dPRN.
OPTIONAL · Door B

The Carrot

£200 same-day · cash + deed · no dPRN
Payment timing£200 TODAY
What they get£200 cash + deed
To them£200.00 / tonne
dPRN access❌ No · I keep 100%
Material back✅ Yes · verified
Deed✅ Circularity Deed · 40 meals
My margin£218.50 / tonne (£10 more)
Best for: processors who need cash today and don't want to think about a digital asset. Simple. Same day. Done.

"The Carrot pays them £10 less per tonne, but they get cash today.
The Node pays them £10 more per tonne, but they wait. Their choice."

§ 3 · The Script · for processor conversations

What I say when they walk in

— The operator says —

"You're a processor. You have two options.

Option 1 (The Node): You get 50% of every dPRN we mint. That's about £209 per tonne. But you wait until the dPRN sells. Could be days. Could be weeks. You hold the digital asset. You can trade it, sell it, keep it.

Option 2 (The Carrot): I pay you £200 per tonne today. Same day. Cash in your hand. You get your material back verified. You get a deed with 40 meals. But you never see the dPRN. I keep it.

The Carrot pays you £10 less per tonne, but you get cash now. The Node pays you £10 more, but you wait. Which one fits your business?"

Speak it the same way every time. The choice belongs to them. The control of which doors are open belongs to me. The verification, the ledger, and the dPRN-minting process are identical either way.

§ 4 · Why offer both doors

One door costs me processors. Two doors keep them all.

If I only offer the Node
Some processors walk — they need cash now and can't wait days/weeks for a sale. I lose the cash-needy. Adoption slows.
If I only offer the Carrot
Some processors walk — they want the long-term asset upside, not £200 today. I lose the asset-hungry. Relationships stay shallow.
If I offer BOTH
Everyone finds a door that fits. I keep the cash-needy AND the asset-hungry. Depth + speed.
You don't lose a processor because they need cash. You just open the Carrot door for them. They come back when they want the asset later. — Sovereign source · verbatim

§ 5 · Bottom Line Q&A

The five questions, the five answers

QuestionAnswer
Do processors get same-day payment by default? ❌ No. Default is the 50/50 Node (wait for sale).
Can they choose same-day payment? ✅ Yes. I offer them the Carrot door as an option.
What's the trade-off? Carrot: £200 today (£10 less per tonne). Node: £209 later (£10 more).
Do they get a deed with the Carrot? ✅ Yes. Circularity Deed + 40 meals.
Do they get dPRN access with the Carrot? ❌ No. I keep 100% of the dPRN.
Processors default to the Node (wait, get asset). But if they need cash now, you offer the Carrot (£200 today, no asset). Their choice. Your control. Same verification. Same ledger. Different doors. — Sovereign source · verbatim · the bottom line
