The £450 Upgrade Stack — and the road to £1,000.
What a Carrot officially gets for the £450 base dPRN. The three planned upgrades (EV Logistics, No Diesel Contamination, Circularity Score). The dPRN range from £725 to £1,000 once they're stacked. And Phase 2 — when the Carrot payout rises from £200 to £300 because the dPRN behind it has earned the right to.

SECTION 1 · THE BASE
What £450 officially gets you
Before any upgrade is added, the base dPRN at £450 is itself a stack — five guaranteed deliverables that travel with every verified tonne. This is the floor. Everything in §2 sits on top of this, never instead of it.
The base is not negotiable. Whatever upgrades stack on top, every Carrot still gets the £200 same-day, the deed, the 40 meals, and the cover-letter. The upgrades raise the dPRN behind the Carrot — not the friction in front of it.
SECTION 2 · THE UPGRADE STACK
The three planned upgrades · each in its own stage box
From MD-235 The Carrot-Lattice (Phase 2 layer) and now formally priced via the Vampire Format math. Three upgrades, three stage boxes, three palettes. Stack any combination — the totals in §3 do the work.

Other items not in this calculation. The operator was clear: there are other things he doesn't mind doing at all, so they're not priced into the dPRN uplift here. This document seals only the three core upgrades that change the dPRN math — EV Logistics, No Diesel Contamination, Circularity Score. Anything else stays a relationship-level extra, not a line on the stack.
SECTION 3 · THE MATH
Add them up · the dPRN range from £725 to £1,000
Step-by-step, every combination of the three upgrades produces a dPRN value between £725 (minimum stack) and £1,000 (maximum stack). All anchored to the £450 base. Source: Vampire Format dPRN upgrade math, sealed on the operator's own numbers.

Range, in plain English: stack the three upgrades and the dPRN behind a Carrot lands somewhere between £725 (minimum) and £1,000 (maximum) — this is the near-term Phase 1 stack: £450 base + £50 EV (basic) + £150–£300 No Diesel + £75–£200 Score. The supplier still sees £200 same-day in Phase 1 — that's the abstraction principle from MD-235. The uplift accrues to the engine until Phase 2 opens. Beyond Phase 1, the canal-routed Phase 2 stack (see MD-319 · CIO Bypass Doctrine) reformulates as £450 base + £150 EV (full · patent-protected) + £75–£200 Score + £300–£925 Higher EV (canal-routed) = £450 → £1,725 per tonne. The EV basis shifts from £50 to £150 once the patent is filed; a new Higher EV layer opens once the canal bypass is live; the No Diesel guarantee is absorbed into the canal itself. Same six-tier Score in both phases.
"EV Logistics: £50. No Diesel Contamination Guarantee: £150–300. Circularity Score: £75–200 (in £25 increments). Add them up. Base £450 + £50 + £150 + £75 = £725 minimum. Base £450 + £50 + £300 + £200 = £1,000 maximum. That's your dPRN range. The Carrot rises with it. Document it. Seal it. Then build it."

SECTION 4 · PHASE 2 · THE CARROT RISES
When the dPRN clears £750–£900 · the Carrot lifts to £300
Phase 1 = £200 same-day, full stop. Phase 2 = the Carrot tracks the dPRN. As the upgrades land and the dPRN moves above £750, the supplier share rises from £200 toward £300. The operator keeps more. The supplier wins more. The deed gets richer. Same architecture, same checkpoints, same 7% Covenant — the box just gets bigger.

Operator anchor (verbatim): "When I get to £750–900, I'll give them £300." That is the only authorised Phase 2 number on this page — the £750–£900 row holds at exactly £300, and the £1,000 row holds at the same £300 ceiling rather than overshooting. The crossover band (£650–£749) tapers from £220 to £240 so the rise is smooth, not stepped, but the anchor itself is sealed at the operator's word.
