1 · The keys unlock everything
Unit 18 keys are not one item on a list — they are the trigger point for T1/T4, insurance, first material, first carrot, and first dPRN mint. One gap unlocks six others. This is the most leveraged single item on the entire board.
2 · The digital gaps are sealed
Search bar, Hear Brief, Save Brief, Hub Directory, Material Hub, CRM Hub, MD-791, MD-792 — all completed this session. The system is fully navigable, fully spoken, and fully indexed. The digital infrastructure is ahead of the physical.
3 · Family emails are underpriced as a gap
Personal emails for family members looks small on the list. It isn't. It's the first step in giving each family member a door into the system with their own identity, their own access, and their own record. MD-375 is sealed — the access needs to match the architecture.
4 · Coming Soon is the strategic layer
The 1–3 month items (green finance, construction pilot) depend on the supermarket contract. The 3–6 month items (ABL, Dario, white-label) depend on the first wave of operation. Sequence is not delay — it's architecture. Each layer enables the next.
5 · The Future Horizon is not idle — it's earned
H.BLUE as a product, the hologram interface, the second corridor, the public dPRN exchange — none of these are wasted aspirations. They are milestones that unlock when earlier layers prove themselves. They are not deferred because they're not important — they're deferred because they require foundations that don't exist yet.
6 · One document, updated quarterly
The discipline is the update. Come back to this document every three months. Cross off what's done. Move Coming Soon to Genuine Gaps when the timing arrives. Add to the Future Horizon as new things become visible. The document grows with the system. That is living doctrine.
