/governance-hub holds the priority queue, asset register, missing-pages tracker, twin council cards, all three system maps, connected doctrine. It is the homepage of the operational layer.
/pioneer-systems-map (104 cyan), /grant-pages-map (48 emerald), /missing-interface-map (22 rose) — never merged because separation is the value. The optional /everything-map combines all 200 nodes plus 6 bonus diagrams (sankey, gantt, sequence, ER, state, hexagram).
Every new MD goes to /sovereign-library only — no new dashboard pills since MD-273. Search by number or alias. Pinned exceptions remain; new MDs (273+) live in the Library only.
/ps-hub catalogues all 104 PS with tier filters; each PS gets its own coloured page at /ps/<slug> with starfield background and rotating 10-theme palette.
When a batch of diagrams is built on a single page, diversify the palette per diagram by default. In Build #93 no two diagrams share the same theme.
