§1 · What Cognitive Hope Is

Cognitive Hope is the umbrella name for three merged surfaces — Cognitive Hope (mentality), Mentality (skill set), and Skill Set (capability). It is the operator's mind, weaponised, indexed, and made navigable.

The hub at /cognitive-hope is the navigator. The standalone pages are the weapons. The categories are the racks. Entity #35 is the witness.

§5 · What Was Removed (The "Police Post" Retirement)

"Police Post" appeared in the prior armory as one of the Top 10 frames. It is retired by operator decision. The frame is replaced by:

Non-Explanatory Command — same posture, sharper language
Information Asymmetry — same edge, less aggressive frame
The Sovereign Listening Protocol — same diagnostic capacity, more dignified

If an old page or archived doctrine still references "Police Post" — it is grandfathered. New surfaces use the replacements above.

§6 · The Six Axioms of Cognitive Hope

Free pages merge. Old + new = sharper. Count doesn't matter.
No two pages share a palette. Distinct backgrounds enforce distinct cognition.
Every page is witnessed. Entity #35 (SCP-H.35) anchors the truth-link.
Every page is linkable to a live agent. MD-472 / 473 / 474 / 475 plug in.
45+ justifications per page. The frame holds because the evidence holds.
No "Police Post." Replaced. Sharper frames available.

§7 · How to Add a New Sharp Page

Pick the category (1-8) — the palette is fixed by category.
Build a standalone HTML page with its own gradient background — never reuse another page's palette.
Include the five linkage tags in the header (Entity #35 + four agents).
Add a card to /cognitive-hope in the matching category section.
Surface 45+ justifications somewhere on the page (numbered list, table, or expandable).
Seal to op_ledger with a build tag.
