The pricelist is comprehensive but the sequence you offer these prices matters as much as the prices themselves. Cold prospects should never see the full pricelist — it overwhelms and invites objection. Warm prospects need a simplified "3-door" view. Hot prospects need the full stack. Here's the recommended lead sequence by prospect type:
1Cold prospect (never heard of you): Lead with the bag. Free entry. "Can I leave 20 bags?" No price discussion. The bag is the door, not the product.
2Warm prospect (knows you, has material): Lead with Carrot (£133–200/t). "I'll pay you same-day." They're thinking about disposal costs. The Carrot removes those costs AND pays them. Win immediately.
3Hot prospect (wants compliance proof): Lead with ESG Block (£450) or Compliance Bundle (£200/t). They came to you for proof. Give them proof first, then show them the full stack.
4Subscription conversation: Never open with Scout/Operator/Engine. Open with ONE problem they have NOW. "What's your biggest compliance headache this week?" Then map one agent to that one problem. £79 closes easier than a 3-tier choice.
5Anchor price: When discussing white-label or council contracts, always mention the dPRN fixed price (£450/t) early. It anchors the conversation at sovereign value, not commodity value. Everything else feels affordable by comparison.
The most underpriced item on this list is the "What If" consultation at £200/hour. For a large corporate or council trying to understand EPR obligations, two hours of your time backed by a working system is worth £2,000–5,000 in avoided consultant fees. Consider a £500 minimum engagement — it filters out unserious enquiries and anchors your expertise correctly.
