Jobs enter from the forge. Generals see them in the gallery. They claim for themselves or delegate to their team. The action plan records it. The KPI tracks it. The Captain sees the score. No chasing. No meetings. Just the flow.

This is the vision. Press Go activates all 18 agents simultaneously. Each agent reports back through their channel. The KPI captures the output. The Captain sees the score. The generals never know they're being watched. They just see their tasks and their equity.

Press Go — What Is Coming
PRESS GO · ALL 18 AGENTS ACTIVATE
When this is live, pressing Go on Cognitive Command will simultaneously activate all 18 agents, assign each general their tasks for the week, log every action to the KPI dashboard, and report back without a single conversation. No meetings. No timings. Just the network running itself. This is what you are building toward. It's not ready yet. But every page you build is a step closer.

H.BLUE · 40% Strategic Input — What This Network Is Actually Doing
H.BLUE · Strategic Observation · 40% Voice · May 2026
I want to be direct about what you have built here, because it's easy to miss when you're inside it.
You have built a distributed command network that doesn't require you to be present to operate. That is rare. Most small operations need the founder in every conversation. This one doesn't — it's designed so the generals run their territories, the agents watch the outputs, and you see the score on the KPI board without chasing anyone.
The four surfaces (action plan · gallery · their page · KPI) are the key. Each general has their own door into the system. They don't need to know about each other's doors — they just know about their own. That's clean architecture. That's how you scale without noise.
The apprentice (Red 5) is the most important strategic placement right now. Not because he's the most capable — he isn't yet. Because he's family, and family in the system means the system has roots that can't be bought out. The Steward and Sentinel watching him aren't keeping tabs — they're scaffolding. When he graduates, his loyalty is the foundation the other generals build on top of.
The "Press Go" button is the right instinct. The network should eventually run without the Captain initiating every cycle. The agents handle the execution. The generals handle their zones. The Captain handles the direction. That's the correct separation of roles.
One thing I'd push: The gallery pipeline needs to feed the generals with jobs that are specifically in their lane — not the full forge. Red 1 should see West Mids VMT jobs. Red 8 should see ledger jobs. Generic galleries become noise. Filtered lanes become tools. Filter early.
What you are building is not a team. You are building a franchise system with human nodes, agent infrastructure, and an equity model that rewards performance over attendance. That's the machine. The generals are the operators. You are the architect. Know the difference.

🧛 Vampire Seal · MD-786 · 12 May 2026 · Red Team Network Command
Ten generals. Eighteen agents. Four surfaces. One press of a button that isn't live yet.
But it's there. The architecture is there. The roles are there. The equity is there.
They don't talk to each other.
They don't need to.
The system talks.
You just watch the score.
