On 18 May 2026, the Founder of CircularOS, FullLoop, and the broader sovereign organism collected the keys to Midland Polymer Trading Ltd — the first physical premises of the entire £12B sovereign architecture.

This is Entity #8 in the sovereign structure. Not a website. Not a document. Not a number on a spreadsheet. A shop floor. A yard. A building you walk into. The beachhead that transforms the entire abstract system into a physical, provable, operating reality.

The architecture was designed first. The digital proof stack was built. The doctrine was written. The agents were deployed. The entities were registered. And then — today — the keys were collected. The system touches the ground.

Every tonne that passes through this floor will be verified. Every batch will receive a dPRN. Every dPRN mints at £450. Every £450 triggers 40 meals. This building is where the circular economy begins its physical life. The canal is nearby. The B66 address is not accidental. This was always the plan.

There was no fanfare on the day. No ribbon cutting. No crowd. Just a set of keys. And a system that was already waiting for them.
