Interface
Sovereignty Protocol

"No third-party owns our customer experience. APIs allowed; UI sovereignty mandatory."

CircularOS interfaces (CVCaaS dashboard, Bin Finder, Compliance Checker, Pulse Hub) must remain on our own stack. Third-party APIs are fine for non-customer-facing functions (Stripe, Object Storage). Customer-facing UI must be MPT-served — no embedded SaaS chrome that can be revoked or rebranded.

In the field
Q4 2025 vendor pitched embedded compliance dashboard with their logo. Declined despite £40k cost saving. Reason: vendor could revoke or rebrand. Built in-house at /cvcaas-hub. Cost: £58k. Difference: protected sovereignty over our customer face.
▸ Triggers · When This Fires
  • New customer-facing feature proposed
  • Vendor offers white-label alternative
  • Annual interface audit
⚠ Consequence · If Broken

A revoked third-party UI strands customers. A rebranded one steals attribution. Owning the interface is owning the brand. Constitutional.
