Twelve sealed rules every pattern-intelligence build must obey. They are the doctrine the system uses on itself — the reason builds compound rather than collide. Read them once, ship faster forever.

Pattern before page

Every new build must articulate the recurring shape it serves before the HTML opens. If you can't name the pattern, you can't ship the page.

Three-rung minimum

Every product surface must offer at least three rungs — Cash · Carrot · Node. Single-rung products get shelved until the ladder is named.

Toll, don't bill

Recurring revenue must be metered (per-tonne · per-event · per-seal), not subscribed. Subs hide the unit. Tolls show it.

Palette rotation

No two consecutive builds in the same batch share a palette. Pattern intelligence sees colour as a discriminator — repetition flattens recall.

Package multiplies value

One sprint = one Today Pack. Eleven builds packaged = eleven priced products + N revenue archetypes + N jobs. The packaging is the highest-leverage build.

Slogan-first sells doctrine

Lead with the headline ('Compliance was a cost — now a profit centre'). The page writes itself once the slogan settles.

Post-mortem every sprint

Every sprint ends with a four-quadrant readout: worked · slipped · fix-next · learnings. The post-mortem is the next sprint's brief.

New MDs go to the Library, never the dashboard. One pinned exception per quarter, max.

Single-seal idempotency

Every build seals exactly once via _b116_seal. No duplicate ledger rows. Restarts are safe by construction.

Mycelium logs the cross-link

Every product launch must log at least three mycelium edges to existing surfaces. Standalone pages are bugs.

Calculator over copy

Where a number can be computed live in the page, prefer the calculator over the prose. JavaScript trumps marketing.

Doctrine reflects buyer

Every doctrine names its buyer. If 'who buys this' is missing, the doctrine is half-built.
