Supplier Intake
Protocol.

How a plastic supplier enters the sovereign system. Six stages from first contact to first verified tonne. This protocol closes the gap between "we spoke" and "first tonne weighed, Carrot paid, dPRN minted." No stage may be skipped. Each stage has a trigger that unlocks the next.

⭐ New Protocol 6 Stages £200/t Carrot Trigger Min 1 Tonne First Run Chain of Custody
Stage 01 · Discovery
First Contact & Qualification

The supplier has made contact — inbound lead, bounty referral, direct outreach, or cold call. This stage qualifies them before anything is offered.

  • Minimum volume check: Do they have ≥ 1 tonne of plastic per collection cycle?
  • Material type check: Is their plastic within the accepted grade range (HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET, mixed)? Contaminated / antique material triggers the Antique Material Protocol instead.
  • Geography check: Are they within an active territory or a pending territory (MD-386)?
  • Relationship check: Is there a bounty payment owed? Log referrer for Bounty Protocol.
Stage 1 Trigger (to unlock Stage 2)
Supplier confirms ≥ 1 tonne available, material is within grade, and geography is serviceable. Log in CRM with status: QUALIFIED.
Stage 02 · Education
Carrot Offer & System Brief

The supplier understands what they're entering. This is not a pitch — it is a structured information transfer.

  • Carrot explained: £200/tonne paid immediately on collection. Not a promise — a protocol. The £200 Carrot is paid before the dPRN is minted.
  • dPRN explained: The remaining £250/tonne (of the £450 sovereign floor) is distributed via dPRN after verification and chain-of-custody confirmation.
  • The meal bond: 40 meals funded per tonne — this is not marketing, it is a contract clause.
  • Verification brief: Weight ticket + photograph + Truth Ledger entry — what they'll see on collection day.
  • No exclusivity required at this stage.
Stage 2 Trigger (to unlock Stage 3)
Supplier verbally confirms they understand the Carrot offer and agrees to a trial collection. Update CRM: BRIEFED.
Stage 03 · Trial Run
First Collection & Verification

The trial run is a real collection, not a test. The Carrot is paid. The verification is real. The tonne is real.

Operator's Actions
  • Book collection vehicle
  • Confirm weight station at Unit 18 or registered processing site
  • Prepare weight ticket template
  • Prepare camera / smartphone for evidence photo
Supplier's Actions
  • Have plastic ready (baled, loose, or bagged)
  • Be present or have representative on site
  • Sign weight ticket or acknowledge digitally
  • Provide bank details for Carrot payment
Stage 3 Trigger (to unlock Stage 4)
Weight recorded ≥ 0.5 tonne. Photo uploaded to Evidence Vault. Carrot payment initiated within 48 hours. Truth Ledger entry created. Update CRM: TRIAL COMPLETE.
Stage 04 · Verification
Chain of Custody Confirmation

The trial tonne is verified through the sovereign verification pipeline before the dPRN is minted.

  • Weight confirmation: Cross-reference supplier's declared weight with weighed-out weight. Variance > 5% triggers Dispute Resolution Protocol.
  • Photo verification: Independent review of evidence photo — material type confirmed, no excessive contamination.
  • Beneficiary check: 40 meals credited against this tonne in the Meal/VMR Ledger.
  • dPRN batch assigned: The tonne is queued for minting in the next dPRN batch run (dPRN Minting Protocol).
Stage 4 Trigger (to unlock Stage 5)
Verification passed. dPRN queued. Meals credited. Carrot paid confirmed in bank. Update CRM: VERIFIED.
Stage 05 · Onboarding
Formal Agreement & Scheduling

The trial succeeded. The supplier is now brought into the formal supply chain.

  • Supplier agreement signed: Volume commitment (minimum / preferred), collection frequency, material grade, payment terms (Carrot + dPRN proceeds).
  • Collection schedule set: Weekly / fortnightly / monthly — logged in operations calendar.
  • Tier assigned: Tier 2 (spot/transactional), Tier 1 (yearly contract/relational), or Tier 3 (debate zone) per MD-372.
  • CRM profile completed: Contact, site address, material type, agreed volume, tier, collection day.
Stage 5 Trigger (to unlock Stage 6)
Agreement signed. Schedule in calendar. CRM tier assigned. Update CRM: ONBOARDED.
Stage 06 · Activation
First Verified Tonne · System Live

The supplier is active in the sovereign system. The relationship is now governed by the Carrot Protocol and the percentage split — not by memory or goodwill.

  • First scheduled collection completed under formal agreement.
  • dPRN minted for this tonne — supplier receives confirmation of their contribution to the sovereign ledger.
  • Referral confirmed: If a Digital Army member referred this supplier, bounty payment triggered.
  • 90-day review scheduled: Volume performance, payment reliability, material quality — review at day 90 determines tier upgrade or conversation.
Stage 6 Trigger (Protocol Complete)
First scheduled tonne verified and minted. dPRN issued. 90-day review diarised. Update CRM: ACTIVE — SUPPLIER.

Protocol Seal · Supplier Intake · 01 May 2026
Every supplier who enters the sovereign system enters the same way. Six stages. Six triggers. No shortcuts. The Carrot is paid in stage three regardless of volume — because trust is built on delivery, not on promises. The protocol ends when the first scheduled tonne is minted. From that point, the Carrot Protocol governs the ongoing relationship.
