Stage 2 — Introduction: Kingdom Network Ambassador makes the first connection — warm introduction through shared network, event introduction, or direct approach by the Sovereign Headhunter. Tone: peer conversation, not recruitment pitch.

Stage 3 — Qualification: Chief Talent Architect runs the structured qualification: values alignment, operational competence, sovereign understanding. Not a formal interview — a discovery conversation. Outcome: qualified (enters Prestige Talent Register) or not qualified (politely closed).

Stage 4 — Pipeline Management: Prestige Acquisition Director manages the candidate through the pipeline: role briefing, second conversation, reference checks, offer preparation. All pipeline activity logged in the Prestige Talent Register.
