The Red Team is the governance and integrity layer of the CircularOS ecosystem. Not a committee — a conscience. They watch, validate, and ensure the system stays sovereign. Everyone has a role to play.
The Three Tiers
Generals lead. Members run. Apprentice learns.
Red Generals — 1 through 4
Strategic Leadership · The Founding Core
The founding core. They hold the vision, set direction, and ensure integrity across all operations. Each General carries a specific authority that no other tier holds.
Strategic Architect
Section 59 anchor and sovereign design authority. Drives the overall strategic architecture — the blueprint that everything else follows. In the room for every major decision.
Sovereign Commander
Commercial operations and gateway management. Frontline command — where strategy meets execution. Runs the commercial pipeline, territory mapping, and partner relations.
Chief Integrity Officer
System validator and truth guardian. Validates intelligence, cross-references all outputs, and ensures no drift from the original vision. The ecosystem's conscience at its highest level.
Foundation Keeper
Stewardship, compliance, and partner network oversight. Protects the foundation that all operations are built on. Ensures the base stays solid as the system scales.
Red Members — 5 through 10
Domain Experts · Specialists Who Run Key Areas
Specialists who own and run key areas of the ecosystem. Roles evolve based on natural strengths. Members develop expertise, drive operations, and build the path toward General tier.

Section 59 Specialist
Regulatory expertise and Section 59 compliance. Works in parallel with Red One on the compliance architecture — specialist-level depth in the regulatory framework.
