Boscombe tests whether the Sovereign Beach model can run two campaigns inside the same council district without cannibalising volunteer attention or food bank capacity. It also tests the corner-shop pitch — the small Boscombe traders association, the surf school, the cafe row. Different stakeholder map, same ledger. Four passes a year and Boscombe delivers 104 meals into the BCP food network on top of Bournemouth's 492. Combined Dorset annual yield: 596 verified meals from two adjacent beaches that share a council and a coastline but not a community.
