Portrush East Strand. Three point two kilometres of broad sand on the North Antrim coast. The Royal Portrush Open changed this town. World-class surf breaks. The Giant's Causeway tourism corridor brings ten million visitors a year through this stretch. Plastic load 290 kilos per kilometre. Total available: 0.93 tonnes per pass. dPRN floor value: 418 pounds. Thirty seven meals into Causeway Coast food projects. Seventy four volunteer hours — one Saturday with twenty five people, and the local surf school have offered to lead it. One point four tonnes of CO2 equivalent saved. Portrush is the cross-border beach. Northern Ireland is the test of whether the Sovereign Beach model translates across jurisdictions — different councils, different PRN regulator, different food bank network. If Portrush works, the next four are Newcastle, Tyrella, Castle Rock, and Benone. Causeway Council have already indicated openness because we are not asking them for money, we are asking for permission. Four runs a year and Portrush delivers 148 meals into the food network of one of the most deprived coastal corridors in the UK. The surfers want it. The hotels want it. The council just needs the receipt to be verifiable. We have built that receipt.
