If Portrush works, the next four are Newcastle, Tyrella, Castle Rock, and Benone. Causeway Council have already indicated openness because we are not asking them for money, we are asking for permission. Four runs a year and Portrush delivers 148 meals into the food network of one of the most deprived coastal corridors in the UK. The surfers want it. The hotels want it. The council just needs the receipt to be verifiable. We have built that receipt.
