🚪 MD-565 · The Three Drops

One address · three drops · one referral

A meal arrives. A basket arrives. Plastic leaves. Same address, same route, same SDV referral. One finder, three credit streams, zero single-use packaging. The recipient is fed and the system mints tonnage on the way out — the loop closes at the doorstep.

§ I. The Three Drops

DROP-1
🍱
Meal Drop
The actual cooked meal · once per day per recipient · arrives hot in a returnable insulated tin (returned at next drop · zero single-use packaging).
Cadence
Daily · 1 drop per recipient · scheduled to local lunch or dinner window
Container
Returnable insulated tin (deposit-tracked · 99% return rate target)
Referral
Standard SDV referral · referrer earns finder credit when recipient is verified onto the rota
Who It's For
Households on the food-bank list, hospital discharge cohorts, pensioners flagged for nutritional risk, recovery rooms
DROP-2
🧺
Basket Drop
Surplus ingredients & dry-store basket · multi-day pack · sourced from FullLoop Agro surplus and partner-grocer overstock · reduces household shopping trips and stretches budgets.
Cadence
Weekly · 1 basket covers 4-7 days of household cooking
Container
Returnable wicker / hard-shell basket · same deposit-tracked return mechanic
Referral
Same SDV referral architecture as Meal Drop · finder credit identical · stack-eligible (one referrer, both drops)
Who It's For
Households who can cook but can't shop, mobility-limited adults, single-parent households, anyone exiting crisis support
DROP-3
♻️
Plastic Drop
Collection — not delivery. Recipient's household plastic is picked up at the same address on the same route, weighed, classified and minted as dPRN tonnage credited to the recipient's covenant share. Closes the loop: the food arrives in returnable containers, the household plastic leaves as verified material.
Cadence
Bi-weekly · same address · same route · same trucking pass
Container
Returnable graded sack · weighed at FullLoop Operations on arrival
Referral
Same SDV referral architecture · finder additionally earns a percentage of the dPRN minted from the recipient's first 12 collections (long-tail incentive — referrer wins as recipient's tonnage grows)
Who It's For
Every recipient of Drop 1 or Drop 2 is auto-eligible · participation is opt-in · plastic value flows back to the recipient as a covenant share, not extracted

§ II. One Referral · Three Credits

The Same SDV Referral System

All three drops share one referral architecture (the SDV / Carrot referral mechanic). One finder identifies one recipient — and from that single referral, three credit streams open. Drop 3 is the long-tail one: the referrer keeps earning a percentage of the dPRN minted from the recipient's plastic for the first 12 collections.

Stream A
Meal Drop Credit
Standard SDV finder credit · paid on first verified delivery to the recipient.
Stream B
Basket Drop Credit
Stack-eligible · paid on first verified basket delivered to the same address.
Stream C · Long-Tail
dPRN % Cut
Percentage of dPRN minted from recipient's first 12 plastic collections — the referrer wins as the recipient's tonnage grows.

§ III. Home Delivery Channel

🚪 Home Delivery Channel

For recipients who physically cannot make it to a food bank — disability, mobility limitation, hospital discharge, isolation. Delivery rides on the same Drop 1/2/3 routing so it does not add fleet cost.

INTAKE: Single intake form at /three-drops · same SDV verification as standard food-bank pathway · turnaround ≤ 48h
