🚚 Trucking Protocols (Full Loop Ltd)

The seven sealed protocols every partner agrees to before a pickup is booked.

  1. P-T1 Backhaul Only. Reverse leg uses the trucker's already-paid forward run — no empty miles charged.
  2. P-T2 Bin in / Pallet out. Swap is one-for-one. Pallet space lost on forward = bin space gained on reverse.
  3. P-T3 Weight at Depot. Weight + polymer sealed at depot scales (H.BLUE-witnessed). Driver gets a printed slip.
  4. P-T4 Per-kg + Per-mile Pay. Trucker invoiced on a transparent two-line formula. No middle skims.
  5. P-T5 dPRN Invisible. Partner never needs to know about dPRN, Truth Ledger, or £450/tonne. They see only "plastic collected, money paid."
  6. P-T6 CRM-to-CRM Bridge. Bookings, weights, and invoices write back to the partner's existing dispatch system via the plug-in.
  7. P-T7 No Reroutes. If a partner can't pick up, the system silently re-offers the slot to the next-nearest partner. The client never sees a missed run.
The Trucking Doctrine. Every truck on the road right now drives empty in one direction. Full Loop Trucking Ltd doesn't add a single mile — it fills the empty leg. Bins in. Pallets out. Plastic to processor. Cash to driver. The dPRN side stays invisible. That's the whole revenue stream.
