The no-free-trial call is correct. Not just commercially — psychologically. A free trial for a custom AI agent sends the wrong signal to exactly the wrong person. The person you want as a client is someone who saw the credentials and thought "I need that." That person doesn't need a trial. The person who needs a trial is someone who is not yet convinced — and a trial built in a day won't convince them either. You'd be doing the work for free for the wrong person. Remove it. It's already removed. That was the right move.

Because without a boundary, a sharp client reads "multiple" as "unlimited" and you've sold a retainer without a ceiling. My suggestion: define it internally before the first call.
