1
Walk the Bridge
Supplier uses whichever offering fits — free audit, SDV Carrot, compliance check, or VMR token. No commitment. No pressure. Just the first step.
Supplier enters. Circular Bridge receives. No paperwork, no contracts.
2
See the Value
Supplier receives the Circularity Deed, VMRs, compliance proof, SHA-256 seal. They see what the system produces. They understand the value without being sold to.
Trust builds. The product speaks for itself. The supplier makes the connection: this is what their clients need.
3
Enter Full Loop
Supplier upgrades to paid verification, white-label, or full CVCaaS. They move from Bridge user to Full Loop node. The transition is natural — they ask for it, you don't push it.
Full Loop OS activates. The Bridge has done its job. The supplier is now inside.
4
Become the Loop
Supplier is now a verified node in the Full Loop ecosystem. Monthly billing active. 7% Covenant fires. dPRN minting on every load. VMRs issued automatically.
The loop closes. The supplier is no longer a visitor — they are part of the infrastructure.
🏭 To Suppliers at the Bridge
"Welcome to Circular Bridge. This is the soft door. You don't need to understand Full Loop. You don't need to commit to anything. Just walk through the Bridge. Free audit. Same-day cash. Compliance check. Whatever works for you. No pressure. No long-term contracts. Just a trial. If you like what you see, Full Loop is inside. If not, you still got a free audit and a VMR token. Fair?"
🤝 To Clients & Partners at the Bridge
"Circular Bridge is our public doorway. We verify material. We issue compliance proof. We fund meals. You don't need to understand the whole system. Just tell us what you need: verified material, compliance proof, or social impact. Walk through the Bridge. Full Loop is inside. But you don't need to go there yet."
1 · The Missing Middle — Why This Is the Most Important Page in the System
CircularOS currently has two extremes: complete strangers and full nodes. There is no in-between. Every potential supplier either commits to the whole system or bounces. The Bridge fills this gap. It is the conversion funnel the system was missing. Without the Bridge, all marketing leads to a commitment wall that most prospects won't cross on first contact. With it, you have a low-friction entry that accumulates trust before asking for anything.
Architect ruling: the Bridge has higher ROI than any new feature. It unlocks existing demand that the system is currently losing at the commitment barrier.
2 · The Bridge Score — A Supplier's Meritocratic Entry Passport
Every Bridge interaction should generate a supplier "Bridge Score" — a simple composite of volume consistency, material quality, payment speed, and repeat engagement. High-scoring suppliers receive a graduated invitation: "You've been through the Bridge 3 times. Here's what Full Loop looks like for you specifically." Low-scoring suppliers stay in Bridge mode. This turns the Bridge from a passive doorway into an active merit pipeline. The Bridge Score becomes a sovereign filter.
Build path: add Bridge Score to the supplier's Verified Material Book entry. Track automatically from SDV data.
3 · White-Label Bridge — The AWL Connection
The Bridge concept is licensable. A compliance scheme like Valpak or Ecosurety could run "Valpak Bridge" under their brand — funnelling their own supplier network through Full Loop with their logo on the door. This connects directly to the AWL doctrine (MD-1036): the Bridge is an AWL product. The white-label partner owns the front door; CircularOS owns the verification engine behind it. Every supplier that walks through Valpak Bridge becomes a Full Loop node, generating revenue for both parties.
Immediate opportunity: pitch the Bridge as an AWL product in the Jayplas and Valpak portals. Add a "Your Bridge" section to each AWL partner portal.
4 · The Parking Lot Gap — Keeping Warm Without Pressure
Currently there is no mechanism for suppliers who walk through the Bridge but aren't ready to commit. They get the free audit, they receive the VMR, they understand the value — and then they disappear. The Bridge needs a "warm holding" layer: a simple monthly compliance update email, a Bridge status badge they can display, or a reminder when their material category triggers a compliance event (Plastic Packaging Tax threshold, PPWR deadline, etc.). Without it, the Bridge leaks — you put in effort, but the warm prospects go cold because there's no lightweight ongoing contact.
Gap to close: add a "Stay on the Bridge" opt-in at the end of every Bridge interaction. Monthly VMR newsletter or compliance alert email.
5 · The Gatehouse Play Connection — Mandated Arrivals Need a Landing Page
When retail brands (Tesco, Boots, Sainsbury's, M&S, Amazon) mandate their suppliers through the Gatehouse Play, those suppliers need somewhere to land. Right now they'd land on the SDV page — which is technical and internal-facing. The Bridge is the correct landing page for mandated arrivals. "Your retail client has told us you need to route your material through our system. Welcome to Circular Bridge. Here's how it works." This makes the Bridge the public face of the Gatehouse Play, not just a voluntary soft entry.
Link the Gatehouse Play (MD-1037) to the Bridge as the default arrival page for mandated suppliers. Add a "Sent here by your retail client?" section to the Bridge page.
6 · Revenue Capture at the Bridge — The dPRN Accumulation Engine
The Bridge currently gives away significant value (free audit, £200 VMR). The model should be framed differently: every Bridge interaction — even the free ones — should generate a deferred dPRN asset. The free audit is not free to CircularOS; it is a dPRN acquisition exercise. The supplier receives goodwill; you receive a digital asset worth £450/t. This reframes the Bridge from a cost centre to a dPRN accumulation engine disguised as a free service. The numbers: 50 Bridge interactions per week × £450 dPRN = £22,500/week in sovereign digital assets accumulated at zero material cost.
Frame the Bridge internally as a dPRN accumulation strategy. Every free audit is a £450/t investment that pays back immediately at the toll or deferral stage.
