§0 · The Loop Defined
FullLoop is the execution engine.
Everything else is infrastructure around it.
CircularOS has powerful pages, strong architecture, and deep doctrine — but FullLoop is where the value actually moves. It is the operating system inside the operating system. Plastic enters. Verification happens. dPRNs are minted. Revenue is generated. Jobs are created. Meals are linked. Impact is quantified. That cycle — from waste to value — is the loop. FullLoop is the name of the company that runs it, the brand that owns it, and the engine that proves the model works at scale.
♻️
The Loop
Plastic waste in → verified material out → dPRN minted → revenue distributed → jobs sustained → meals linked → repeat.
🏗️
The Engine
FullLoop is not a single company — it is a group of specialised entities, each operating one part of the cycle with a clear mandate and revenue model.
🎯
The Heart
Every page in CircularOS — the pricelist, the appraisals, the protocols, the agents — ultimately serves the loop. If the loop stalls, everything stalls. Keep it clean.
👑
The Narrative
The story: one Founder. One system. Plastic that was worthless is now worth £450/t. Every tonne creates 40 meals and at least one job. That is the mission made measurable.
§2 · Master Narrative · The Story That Ties It Together
One Founder. One system.
Plastic made sovereign.
The narrative is not complicated. The complication was always in the execution. Here is the story, chapter by chapter.
🌍 Chapter 1 — The Problem
The world generates hundreds of millions of tonnes of plastic waste every year. Most of it is unverified, untracked, and has no market value. The infrastructure to turn it into something of worth does not exist at scale. Or did not.
⚙️ Chapter 2 — The System
CircularOS was built to be that infrastructure. A verification layer, a market, a financial engine, and a social impact machine — all in one operating system. FullLoop is the execution arm: the companies that physically move the material, verify it, mint the dPRNs, and distribute the value.
🪙 Chapter 3 — The Token
Every tonne that moves through the loop becomes a dPRN — a Digital Plastic Recycling Note, valued at £450. That is not an arbitrary number. It reflects the real market value of verified, traceable, compliance-grade material. The £450/t floor is defended by the Covenant.
🍽️ Chapter 4 — The Impact
Every dPRN minted links to 40 meals. Every processing site creates jobs. The loop is not just a commercial engine — it is a social infrastructure. The more plastic moves through it, the more impact it creates. This is not a side benefit — it is baked into the architecture.
👑 Chapter 5 — The Sovereign Layer
Above the loop sits the Sovereign Trust Layer — the governance, the protocols, the MDs, the agents, the ledgers. It exists to protect the loop from error, exploitation, and mission drift. The loop runs clean because the sovereign layer runs deep.
🚀 Chapter 6 — The Expansion
FullLoop is designed to franchise. Every city, every country, every processor who wants in can enter the loop at Pathway 1 and grow into it. The model is proven. The infrastructure is live. The first client is operational. The loop is closed.
§3 · The Loop in Motion · Operational Flow
Plastic in. Value out. Repeat.
Eight steps. One closed cycle. This is what the execution engine actually does, operationally, right now.
1
Intake
Material arrives at a processor node. Pathway (P1/P2/P3) is assigned. Tonnage is declared. The intake rate is applied.
→ MD-1028 Pricing
2
Verification
The material is weighed, graded, and verified against the declaration. VMT (£75) is applied if the processor has chosen the verification product. Any mismatch triggers the −£25/t penalty.
→ CVCaaS Hub
3
Certification
A dPRN is minted — one per tonne of verified material. The dPRN carries the SHA-256 hash of the verification record, the processor ID, the date, and the tonnage.
→ dPRN Cert Ltd
4
Covenant Fire
When a dPRN is minted, the Covenant fires. The 7% Covenant split is calculated. The £450/t floor is locked. The financial record enters the Truth Ledger.
→ Covenant Layer
5
Revenue Split
Post-Covenant, the 50/50 split activates. Revenue is distributed between the ecosystem and the processor node. SDV clients receive their £50–£100 payback at this stage.
→ Revenue Model
6
Impact Linkage
Every minted tonne triggers the 40-meal linkage — routed through FullLoop Nourish. The job counter increments. The impact ledger updates.
→ FullLoop Nourish
7
Market Entry
The verified, certified material enters the market. Buyers purchase at the dPRN floor or above. This is the point at which the material has maximum value.
→ FullLoop Logistics
8
Loop Closes
The cycle completes. Revenue confirmed. Impact confirmed. Records sealed. The processor is eligible to progress their pathway tier on the next contract review.
