Jobs created: roles drawn from the 1,554-job pipeline (Skills + Ops + Leadership).

20% of awarded amount

Like a claims company — zero upfront, zero risk. The grant-getter is paid only when the money lands. Per MD-466 Win Doctrine, full commission band is 7%–20% with this grant set at 20% reflecting complexity, time-to-award, and likelihood.
