Sovereign systems with constitutional governance, dPRN verification, 39-entity architecture and SHA-256 truth ledger lacks a single funding ask matching their compliance and governance scope.

§2The Solution

Bundles the entire Governance Hub: 7 Accords validation, PSA, Physical Loop Amendment, 18-Checkpoint verification, Tiered Client Portal, dPRN Truth Ledger and the Waltham Covenant Tracker into one fundable governance + compliance package. Linked to /governance-hub control centre.

§3The Ask

We seek £500k governance + compliance funding to operationalise the 22 missing interface pages, run the 7 Accords audit cycle, and certify the dPRN as the UK's first fixed-price compliance instrument.

§4The Impact

• Tonnes processed: direct contribution to the verified-tonne pipeline.
• Meals funded: 40 meals per tonne via the 7% Covenant (100/90 Pledge).
• Jobs created: roles drawn from the 1,554-job pipeline (Skills + Ops + Leadership).
