85 Sovereign Routes — Building the Last-Mile Collection Army
85 mapped collection routes across B66 Smethwick, wider West Midlands, and satellite zones. Each route is assigned, GPS-tracked, and reviewed weekly. Route = verified territory = dPRN minting zone.
Day 1: NFC app installation + GPS calibration. Day 2: First supervised collection run. Day 3: Independent run with Truth Ledger check. Day 7: Full sovereign driver status awarded. The app is the credential.
Per-tonne commission structure. Drivers earn more when they collect more — aligned incentives at every level. Bonus payments for contamination-free loads that pass CoA at the toll processor. Excellence is financially rewarded.
The Driver Onboarding API (Stream #487) licenses the onboarding protocol to Genesis Pool partners. The driver network methodology becomes a product. Partners pay per driver onboarded through the system.

The driver network is the architecture's most human layer. Every other system — CircularOS, the Truth Ledger, H.BLUE — is digital infrastructure. The drivers are the people who make the physical world yield to the sovereign design. They deserve to be compensated accordingly.
The 85 routes number is not arbitrary. It is the coverage density required to capture the B66 Smethwick zone and the surrounding West Midlands corridor at the volume that justifies Phase 1 expansion. Each new route added is a dPRN minting zone activated. Each driver onboarded is sovereign infrastructure deployed.
