The 10-Bin System

Physical Data Collection Nodes โ€” Every Bin a dPRN Minting Station

๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ
The Bin Is Not a Bin โ€” It Is a Node
10 standardised collection bins = 10 physical data collection points = 10 dPRN activation zones
The 10-bin deployment is the Sovereign Architecture's physical data infrastructure. Each bin is NFC-tagged, GPS-anchored, and feeds CircularOS in real time. A bin that is full is not a problem โ€” it is a signal. A signal that activates a driver, logs a collection event, and begins the dPRN minting chain.

Bin Specification

1,100L capacity. NFC tag on lid. QR code for public interaction. GPS anchor logged to CircularOS. Contamination sensor integration (Phase 2). Visual fill-level indicator for driver route planning.

Placement Strategy

Priority locations: supermarket loading bays, council depots, schools, community centres, industrial estates. Every placement is a ROSCA circle activation point. The bin is a physical gateway to the digital sovereign economy.

The Fill โ†’ Alert โ†’ Collection Loop

Bin fills above 75% โ†’ CircularOS generates collection alert โ†’ Nearest driver notified โ†’ NFC tap on arrival โ†’ Collection logged โ†’ dPRN chain activated. The bin manages itself through the system.

Revenue Per Bin Site

At 50 collections/bin/year ร— 0.5 tonnes/collection = 25 tonnes/bin/year ร— ยฃ450 dPRN = ยฃ11,250 sovereign value per bin per year. 10 bins = ยฃ112,500/year baseline before pellet revenue and service fees.

One 10-bin deployment = ~1.25 tonnes/month = ยฃ562.50 dPRN value. At 7% Covenant: ยฃ39.38 per location per month to sovereign infrastructure. At 1t = 40 meals: 50 meals funded per location per month. 100 locations (Sandwell Council pilot) = 125 tonnes/month = ยฃ56,250/month = 5,000 meals/month. The 10-bin system turns council waste infrastructure into sovereign revenue infrastructure.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Architect's Commentary โ€” 20% Personal Layer

The 10-bin system is deceptively simple. In reality, each bin is the physical representation of everything the architecture does digitally. It is the point where the sovereign economy becomes tangible to the public โ€” visible, touchable, real.

The goal of Phase 2 is not just to add more bins. It is to make the bins recognisable โ€” the CircularOS bin should be as recognisable in B66 as a Royal Mail postbox. When the community recognises the bin, they trust the system. When they trust the system, contamination rates drop. When contamination rates drop, dPRN quality rises. The bin is a brand asset as much as it is infrastructure.
