The 18-point specification check transforms an unverified plastic lot into a verified, categorised, audit-ready asset. Every tonne that passes specification becomes eligible for the full dPRN value chain: £133/t acquisition → SDV verification → £450/t dPRN floor value.

The specification is the gate. Without the gate, you cannot mint. Without the mint, you cannot access the £317/t net uplift. FullLoop Plastics Ltd is the entity that owns and operates this gate commercially.

Trigger 1 — Specification Report: A processor or operator needs to classify their plastic. FullLoop Plastics Ltd charges £200–500 for a specification report. The processor now knows exactly what they have and what it's worth. Revenue: immediate.

Trigger 2 — Evidence Pack: The processor needs documented proof for EPR compliance or green finance. FullLoop Plastics Ltd builds the pack (SHA-256 sealed). Revenue: £300–800 per pack. The evidence pack is also the precursor to SDV verification.

Trigger 3 — Green Finance Eligibility: The plastic stream qualifies for green finance instruments. FullLoop Plastics Ltd writes the eligibility report. Revenue: £500–1,500. This is a high-margin, low-time product.

Trigger 4 — SDV-Ready Preparation: The lot is prepared for the SDV verification visit. FullLoop Plastics Ltd charges for the preparation work (£40–100/t). The SDV visit (FullLoop SDV Ltd) then bills separately (£133/t).

Trigger 5 — dPRN Minting (Year 2): FullLoop Plastics Ltd holds its own verified lots and mints dPRNs internally. Revenue: £450/t. The full circular economy loop — specification → verification → minting — closes inside the entity group.

Protocol P077 — Plastic Specification Protocol governs the operational rules for FullLoop Plastics Ltd. It defines the 18-point specification check criteria, the evidence pack format, the SHA-256 sealing method for specification records, and the handoff procedure to FullLoop SDV Ltd for verification. P077 is the operational backbone of this entity's service delivery.

Gateway 36 — Plastic Specification Gateway is the commercial entry point for FullLoop Plastics Ltd. Processors, manufacturers, and operators access the specification service through this gateway. The gateway routes incoming material offers to the specification check, issues preliminary grade assessments, and connects qualified lots to the SDV verification queue.
