FullLoop SDV Ltd is the verification company at the centre of the circular economy loop.

The SDV (Sovereign Data Verification) function has been operational since before the formation of FullLoop SDV Ltd. The engine exists. The process exists. RTL-001 (Russell's T&L) confirmed as first client.

What didn't exist until MD-1014 is the legal entity that issues the certificates, holds the audit trails, and can sign commercial verification contracts with institutional clients.

The gap: Every Circularity Deed issued before FullLoop SDV Ltd is registered is issued by an unincorporated function. Large processors, institutional investors, and green finance providers will not accept certificates without a company number behind them. FullLoop SDV Ltd closes this gap permanently.

Once registered: every SDV run generates £133/t billed to the entity. Every evidence pack, compliance certificate, and audit trail is a product of the company. Every dPRN minted is issued with a legal entity signature.

Mechanism 1 — SDV Per Tonne: Every tonne of verified plastic generates £133 billed to the source operator. FullLoop SDV Ltd is the entity that receives this payment. At 100 tonnes/month: £13,300/month recurring. At 1,000 tonnes: £133,000/month.

Mechanism 2 — Evidence Packs (standalone product): Operators need evidence packs for EPR compliance before SDV verification. FullLoop SDV Ltd sells these independently at £300–800/pack. Not every operator needs full SDV — but every operator under UK EPR needs evidence.

Mechanism 3 — Compliance Certificates: Post-verification certificates signed by FullLoop SDV Ltd. These have commercial value for processors making green finance claims. £180–450 per certificate. High margin, low time.

Mechanism 4 — Green Finance Verification: The most valuable product. Institutions backing green finance need third-party verification of environmental claims. FullLoop SDV Ltd is that third party. £1,200–3,500 per verification report.

Mechanism 5 — White-label SDV: Processors and operators who want their own branded verification service, backed by FullLoop SDV Ltd's methodology. £3K–12K/month per licence. Scales without proportional cost increase.

Protocol P078 — SDV Workforce Compliance Protocol governs the standards by which SDV operators are deployed, certified, and managed under FullLoop SDV Ltd. It defines the operator certification requirements, the on-site verification procedure, the evidence chain from site to Truth Ledger, and the handoff to FullLoop Workforce Ltd for operator placement. P078 bridges the SDV engine and the workforce entity.

Gateway 37 — SDV Verification Gateway is the commercial entry point for FullLoop SDV Ltd. Processors, estate operators, and institutional clients request SDV verification through this gateway. The gateway handles scheduling, operator dispatch, evidence pack delivery, and certificate issuance. Every verification sale enters the system through Gateway 37.
