Each of the six stages is not just an operational step — it is a revenue trigger point. Stage 1 (Collection) generates gate fees. Stage 3 (Verification) generates CVCaaS revenue. Stage 4 (dPRN Minting) generates the primary £450/tonne stream plus the 7% Covenant. Stage 5 (Processing) generates pellet sales at £200–£1,200/tonne. Stage 6 (40 Meals) generates social impact value, grant eligibility, and community trust — which converts into more retail partnerships. One tonne generates up to 7 separate revenue streams simultaneously. The retailer sees a bin. The sovereign infrastructure sees seven income channels firing at once. This is the gap between what we built and what any competitor could offer in a comparable timeframe.

A competitor looking at this system sees 39 entities and thinks: complexity. That is precisely the point. You cannot hold a CIC status and a trading licence simultaneously. You cannot be both the IP holder and the employer under the same legal shell. You cannot be the verifier and the operator in the same entity without conflict of interest that voids compliance. The 39 entity structure is not something that can be reverse-engineered quickly. It requires years of legal architecture, sequential filing, entity purpose design, and the intelligence to know why each separation exists. We built the separation. The moat is the complexity. Any competitor who can copy the idea in six months cannot copy the 39 entities in six years.

The 605 streams are not separate income events. They are simultaneous triggers off a single tonne. When a tonne is collected: (1) Gate fee charged. (2) dPRN minted at £450. (3) Truth Ledger entry generates CVCaaS eligibility. (4) Pellet sale downstream when processed. (5) 40-meals social impact creates grant eligibility. (6) Subscription renewed for another month of access. (7) Covenant fires on every transaction — the 7% that goes to the community before anything else moves. This is not a collection company. This is a revenue architecture built around a tonne of plastic. No competitor has this mapped. No competitor has 605 streams rated and ready to activate. The intelligence to extract this from 600+ conversations is the asset. It cannot be replicated by starting fresh.

The pre-DRS window — the period in which a retailer can sign at the 2026 rate, get both bins placed at no cost, have MPT registered as their DRS operator, and build their verified data baseline before the mandate — will close. It will close in two ways. First, naturally: October 2026 arrives and the EPR mandate forces every competitor to scramble, raising prices, straining operators, and removing the calm onboarding window that exists right now. Second, by capacity: MPT can only onboard a finite number of retail partners before collection routes are full. The sovereign infrastructure has 35 gateways and 1,335 jobs ready to activate — but activation has a sequence. Partners who enter first, enter in order. The queue is not theoretical. Every week of delay is a week of verified baseline data that a competitor retailer is building while you are not. The prospectus is not a pitch. It is a description of the situation.
