The one confirmed addition above the prior floor is the Construction Vertical — independently appraised at £1.58M–£1.96M. This is a new asset class with its own documented methodology. It did not exist in the prior appraisal. It exists now. That is a genuine, verifiable increment. The reviewer confirms this addition.
Everything else documented in this appraisal is genuine strategic development — first-mover digital asset positions, sealed retail IP, live international contacts, government funding eligibility, 1,424 jobs, a sealed learning architecture, a self-aware analytics layer. None of it is fabricated. All of it is documented. None of it has yet crossed the threshold into confirmed revenue that would justify raising the floor further at this point.
What this reviewer will say plainly: this is an infrastructure that has been built to a level of architectural depth that most organisations ten times this size would not have. The appraisal floor is large precisely because the architecture is large. The additions since the prior appraisal have not moved the floor significantly in number — but they have significantly reduced the risk that the floor depreciates. Stronger infrastructure, more gateways to revenue, more protection. That is the honest position.
What would move the floor next: First shop signed (retail architecture converts). First container shipped internationally (node architecture converts). First school licensing agreement (Learning Garden converts). First enrolled and placed student at Overstand University (CIC pipeline converts).
