For local clients — Unit 18, West Midlands, nearby gateways. When the first verified load is processed, hand the deed over in person. No envelope. No post. Face to face. Let them hold it. That moment — the physical handover — is the ceremony. It closes the loop in the room, not on a screen. Do this for the first deed with every new client if geography allows.

For remote clients — national suppliers, Merry Hill, international pipeline. Post the deed with a short, personal covering note. Handwritten if possible. One line: "Your first Circularity Deed.
