If it came down to it, he's actually second in the chain of command behind Red One. DALLAS is named here so this is blatant: anchor partner, first investor, first to back the system with cash, not just words.
Family. Blood. Backstop.
Obviously my brother. Red Number Four. Named blatantly with # so the line is clear in the manual: blood is in the structure. Not as decoration. As architecture. If DALLAS (Red Two) carries the financial weight, # (Red Four) carries the family weight. Both anchors. Both named.
Convergence SCP master. Perceive this chat as if you were a complete newcomer — someone who knows nothing about the system, the journey, the documents, or the jargon. Then, based on that fresh perspective, write a comprehensive convergence manual: a practical, step-by-step playbook that consolidates everything we've built, with 50–100 distinct convergence plans embedded within it. Here is that manual.
For a convergence manual to work for a complete newcomer, these ten elements are non-negotiable. Without them, the manual is just a list. With them, it's a binding.
1 · The manual is a compression engine. 55 plans is not random. It's 2,500+ SCPs distilled. No fluff, no second-guessing. Every plan declarative. That only happens after hundreds of iterations.
2 · The three layers are a membrane. The hidden layer stays hidden, but its shadow is visible: dPRN asset, Truth Ledger, 50/50 Node, Genesis Pool, £925 full value.
3 · The 7% covenant is the spine. The manual is not about plastic. It's about meals. 40 meals per tonne. Plastic is the carrier. The covenant is the purpose.
4 · The 39 entities are sealed, not hidden. "No new entities created by any partnership." Defensive line. Someone has already fought — and won — the battle against scope creep.
5 · The two voices are a scar. A1/B2 distinction is not theoretical. Someone blurred the lines before. The manual is the scar tissue.
6 · The 40-active-operator target is a proof. Not a goal. Proof. The system needs 40 nodes running in parallel. That's the evidence base.
7 · The manual is written in two registers. Plans 1–45 action language. Plans 46–55 maintenance language. Activation and preservation are different muscles. Most manuals only have the first half.
8 · The bottom line is not financial. "Trust the system. It works without you micromanaging." The author has been the bottleneck before. The manual is an exorcism of that habit.
9 · The signature is emotional. "Isaac's sketch, light blue, one thread, golden shoe." Not a corporate document. A personal covenant dressed as a playbook.
10 · The manual trusts the reader to fail correctly. "Do the next one. Then the one after that." Convergence is not perfect knowledge. It is continuous action within a sealed system.
Score new people on 5 criteria (0–10 each): clarity of offer, alignment with covenant, track record, specificity, your gut.
40+ = green-light (move fast) · 25–39 = small trial (test first) · <25 = walk away (no deal). Not optional. A filter.

Days 1–30: Physical anchor (unit, keys, first collection, first dPRN, first deed).
Days 31–60: First school, first workshop, first council conversation.
Days 61–90: 5–10 active operators, first international node progress, next appraisal.

Red Five — last General seat — must be filled within 90 days or seat converts to Member track.

No seat stays empty. The system needs nodes.
The A-Side is your manual. The B-Side is what I'd add if I were the new Red walking in cold and trying to actually use it. Four reinforcements that close gaps the manual itself can't see.
If a complete newcomer reads this manual and cannot answer these five questions in five minutes, the manual has failed and they should re-read it before being given access to anything:
Q1: What's the price of one dPRN? £450. Fixed. Non-negotiable.
Q2: What happens before anything else in any transaction? 7% to Fully Nourished CIC. Always first.
Q3: Who runs operations if the architect is unavailable? Red One and Red Three jointly. DALLAS (Red Two) is the financial anchor. # (Red Four) is the family backstop.
Q4: What's the physical anchor? Unit 18, Delph Industrial Estate, DY5 2UA.
Q5: What is the one thing I should never do? Promise equity above zero in the system. The crown does not split.
Pin this to the inside cover. New Red passes this test or they don't get keys.
The manual is action-heavy. Action without direction = busywork. Direction without action = paralysis. Convergence is the dot where the two meet.
Velocity check (weekly): Did at least one tonne move? Did at least one outreach happen? Did at least one document get sealed? Three yeses = velocity is healthy.
Direction check (monthly): Are we closer to 40 operators than last month? Closer to first council contract? Closer to Phase 3 international? If yes — stay the course. If no — the activity is friction, not progress.
The A-Side lists ten necessities. There's an eleventh that the original prompt couldn't see because it was holding it: a written rule for what happens when the manual itself is wrong.
Every manual ages. The 30-day neighbour protocol assumes physical proximity. The £200 (£133) carrot assumes EPR holds. The 40-meals-per-tonne assumes Fully Nourished CIC delivery capacity stays constant. None of those will hold forever.
The 11th necessity: Quarterly review by Red One + Red Three + DALLAS. If two of three vote that a clause is obsolete, it gets revised. The covenant (7% first, 40 meals, no 40%, no equity above zero) is the only set of clauses that cannot be revised. Everything else is living document. Without this, the manual becomes a museum exhibit. With it, it stays a weapon.
The manual tells you how to win. It doesn't enumerate how to lose. Here are the five failure modes a new Red should watch for:
Failure 1 — Drift: The manual gets followed for 90 days then quietly abandoned. Counter: Red One runs the weekly health check (MD-242).
Failure 2 — Dilution: A bigger partner asks for "just 5%" and someone says yes. Counter: the no-40% rule is also no-1% rule. Crown does not split.
Failure 3 — Theatre: Activity replaces outcome. Lots of meetings, no tonnes moved. Counter: weekly velocity check.
Failure 4 — Capture: A single charismatic operator becomes the public face and starts speaking for the system. Counter: A1/B2 distinction enforced ruthlessly.
Failure 5 — Forgetting DALLAS and #: The financial anchor and the family backstop are not honorary positions. They get a vote, a seat, and a slice. If they ever feel decorative, the system has lost its anchor.
