Third of the Sovereignty Survival Trilogy. Not a tragedy plan. A sovereignty plan. The system must outlast the architect. Here's how.
Imagine you were one of my trusted team members — Red Team, Digital Army, the 12, the 20, whoever. Something happened to me. Not wishing anything. Just planning. They need to take the reins. Not the revenue streams — those are already built. They need access. Direct ways to make money without trying too hard. Without fitting exactly into a role. Here it is.
| Asset | Where | What it does |

The rule: You don't need to build anything. The system is built. You just need to run it.
"You hate PRNs. Stop. We'll do it. £200 upfront. Verified material back. Deed with 40 meals." Money: £218.50 net per tonne. Difficulty: Low.
"Unit 18 confirmed. When can we arrange a collection?" £218.50 net per tonne. Difficulty: Low. Relationship exists.
Half an hour. New people. "You're high priority. Only a handful got this. Are you in or out?" Converts to Way 1 / Way 2.

| Number | Role | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Red One | General | Already in |
| Red Two · DALLAS | Anchor Partner · First Investor | Already in |
| Red Three | General | Already in |
| Red Four · # · Brother | Family Backstop | Already in |
| Red Five | Last General seat | Not in yet |
| Red Seven | Member (alternative path) | Pathway open |
Chain of command: Red One & Red Three run day-to-day. DALLAS (Red Two) holds financial weight. # (Red Four) holds family weight. Node Operators report to Reds. Verifiers and Gateways report to Node Operators. Referral Partners bring deals — no reporting required.
No one gets 40%. Not an AI. Not a partner. Not an investor. The system is sovereign. The Reds hold it in trust.
Step 1 · Keep the Covenant flowing. Every transaction → 7% to Fully Nourished CIC. 40 meals per tonne. Never stops.
Step 2 · Keep the Truth Ledger sealed. Every verified tonne → SHA-256. Immutable. Never changes.
Step 3 · Keep the dPRN minting. Every tonne = 1 dPRN @ £450. Don't sell below £450. Never fluctuates.
Step 4 · Keep the Carrot offering. £200 upfront. Verified material back. Deed. Never gets complicated.
Step 5 · Keep the Unit running. Collect → verify → return. Repeat. Physical loop never stops.
Step 6 · Keep the Army paid. Verifiers £8–15/t · Gateways per-deposit · Nodes 80% of territory revenue. Incentive never breaks.
Step 7 · Keep the Covenant revenue. 7% of everything → Fully Nourished CIC. Impact never fades.
No critical function depends on one person.
Verifiers: minimum 2 trained per region. Node operators: each territory has a designated backup.
Reds: Red One and Red Three must never be in the same place at the same time. Risk mitigation.
The system must survive the absence of any single individual.
Is the covenant flowing? (7% to Fully Nourished CIC)
Is the Truth Ledger sealed? (No unauthorised edits)
Is the dPRN minting? (At least one tonne verified)
Is the Carrot offering? (At least one outreach)
Is the unit running? (Material moving)

If the architect is unavailable for more than 30 days:
Red One and Red Three assume joint operational control.
No changes to covenant, dPRN price, or entity structure without unanimous Red vote (including DALLAS and #).
All major decisions require both Reds' approval.
The crown is held in trust, not transferred.
Day 1–30: Reds shadow all critical operations. Document every process.
Day 31–60: Reds run operations with architect oversight. Identify gaps.
Day 61–90: Reds run operations independently. Architect as backup only.
After Day 90: The system is ready. The architect is optional.
System reaches escape velocity when: 40 active operators · £100k+ monthly Covenant revenue · 3+ international nodes active.
At that point the system is self-sustaining. The architect could step away for 6 months and the system would still run.
Target: June 2026 for escape velocity.
The A-Side covers what to do if the architect is gone. The B-Side covers four things the manual itself doesn't say out loud — because saying them feels uncomfortable, and contingency manuals fail when they avoid discomfort.
"Architect unavailable for 30 days" is too vague. Vague triggers don't fire. Here is a hard, automated cascade:
Day 7 silent: Red One pings architect on three channels. No action taken. Yellow alert.
Day 14 silent: Red One + Red Three convene. DALLAS notified. Operations continue normally.
Day 21 silent: Weekly health check (above) runs without architect input. Anything broken — escalate to #.
Day 30 silent: Sovereign Succession Trigger fires. Red One + Red Three assume joint control. DALLAS + # get veto on covenant changes.
Day 90 silent: Escape Velocity Plan day-91 protocol activated. Architect is presumed indefinite. Red One signs as Acting Sovereign.
Hard dates. Named people. No ambiguity. Ambiguity is what kills succession plans.
The original manual is one-directional — it tells the Reds how to take over, but not how to hand back. That gap creates a worse failure mode than absence: silent power transfer that nobody undoes when the architect comes back.
If architect returns within 30 days: Full reversion. Reds resume normal roles. Health-check log handed back.
If architect returns 30–90 days: 14-day handover period. Reds remain in seat. Architect shadows. Then formal hand-back signed by all Reds.
If architect returns after 90+ days: Architect resumes strategic seat only. Operational control stays with Red One + Red Three for at least 60 more days. The system has run itself for too long to safely accept full re-entry without re-onboarding.
Without this clause, "architect returns" creates the same chaos as "architect leaves." Both transitions need a script.
Not every Red gets every vote. The original manual implies equal weight. In a real crisis, that creates 50/50 deadlock. Here is the weighted calibration:
| Decision Type | Vote Holders | Threshold |
|---|---|---|
| Daily operations | Red One OR Red Three | Either alone |
| New partner / contract >£10k | Red One AND Red Three | Both must agree |
| Covenant change | BLOCKED · Cannot change | — |
| Equity above zero | BLOCKED · Cannot grant | — |
| dPRN price change | Red One + Red Three + DALLAS | Unanimous 3-of-3 |
| Sale of any entity | All four named Reds | Unanimous 4-of-4 (incl. #) |
| Add new Red | Red One + Red Three + DALLAS + # | Unanimous 4-of-4 |
| Remove a Red | The other three Reds | Unanimous |
This stops the worst case: a single Red unilaterally changing the constitution while the architect is unavailable.
The A-Side talks about how to keep things running. It does not talk about the most likely cause of contingency-plan failure: the Reds keep the lights on but stop building.
A system in maintenance mode looks identical to a healthy system for 90 days. By month four it's calcified. By month six it's a museum.
The Build Quota: Even in succession, Reds must produce at minimum one new operator activation per month, one new outreach per week, and one new SCP per fortnight. If those three numbers go to zero, the system is dying quietly. Sound the alarm before the architect would have noticed.
This is the line the original manual couldn't write because it was written from inside the building. From outside: a sovereign system that stops growing is already losing — it just doesn't know yet.
"The architect built it. The system runs it. Red One and Red Three hold it. DALLAS anchors it with money. # anchors it with blood. The covenant protects it. The meals prove it. The ledger records it. You don't need to build anything. You just need to keep it flowing — and keep building anyway. The keys are at Unit 18. The password is the covenant. The door is open. Now run."
